How many sets and reps?

Depends on what adaptations your seeking. At the begining of the video we cover some of the general rep ranges. Generally: max strength 1-6 reps, hypertrophy 7-12, endurance 13+. Sets can vary from 2-6. Working with heavier loads and less reps do 4-6 sets. Working with lighter loads and more reps 2-3 sets.
