Great exercises! The ball is somewhat challenging for a non sporty person, better doing it with a friend perhaps. But, skiing is somewhat risky and so is the ball exercise. So, a perfect match 😂
Good video idea Margaret ! These exercises are great, but they could be really dangerous . As a doctor who specialises in trauma care i would not advise this for people over 50 year old , even the younger ones should be doing these with caution and supervision . There's a great risk of injury especially with the ball, the video title should be changed or the video should be removed! Anyways have fun skiing and be safe!
