Love it. Another busy dad, here, started working out (again) about a year and a half ago. Had done crossfit for a few years when I younger, now more bodybuilding emphasis. You are some excellent inspiration! Keep it up.
What are your specific methods and suggestions for taking in breath and holding it and breathing in and out in general while doing theses type squats. Im currently doing wider Zerchers followed by moderate close stance Front Squats. My rep range is currently only up to 8 with 3 or 4 sets of each exercise. Thank you and Godspeed!
