So u can't tow somebody on the back with the small one. Funny I towed people on my wave blaster wich is much smaller.

So it's called a tail stand and I was doing them back in 89 with the old SP model. Seadoo and all the manufacturers for that matter kept creeping up the length of PWCs until they got so bloated and heavy that all they were good for is straight line speed and cutting. The Sparks is still bigger that the old SP model and can't do many of the tricks that could be done with those skies. They still need to go on a diet. At the present time I am working on converting an old SP to electric power with a 2 hour run time and quick change, fast charge lithium battery packs. Target performance is 55 mph with superior trick capabilities through multiple smaller short burst jets. The majority of the fun was not in the speed it is in the handling and the manufacturers lost sight of that.

@1:00 it's not two different motors. It's the same motor, just tuned differently. One tune has revs limiter restricted, the other has the revs unlocked with Sport mode.

Stand up jetskis are more like motorcycles IMO. You actually have more of a balance and handling learning curve. Sit downs are like quads.

Superjet, sxr, fx1, x2, wave blaster, and all the aftermarket hulls. What about those

I have two regular 2 up h.o. models. I love them. So much more fun than all the whale size pwcs on the market today.

I always loved the steering tabs at the back of the hull, they are spring loaded and at speed will move upward cutting drag!

Kind of cool. But nothing will beat the Seadoo XP.

Step in the right direction compared to todays modern pwc standards but the Waveblaster is the closest thing there ever was to a dirt bike on water and this is still a boat compared to that. However with this Spark and a new Kawasaki standup jet skis are becoming fun again. Just like every motorsport when the 4 stroke switch happens we loose some nibleness but as the tech matures we get it back. Same for quads, motor cross, and snowmobiles.

Have a ride on a waveblaster with a 1200 conversion - nearest thing to a dirt bike on the water

These machines are amazing, however like many others that have been around jetskis their whole lives. I find that the light small throwable hull is everything I want, but where it falls short is in its power. I get new people coming to the hobby want to do wheelies etc, but after a few minutes it gets a bit boring and I feel like a bit of an idiot doing the same simple trick uo and down the river. These machines need to have a power plant to cater for those that want to take these hulls to the absolute limits. Basically they are way to underpowered, What it needs is a small displacement supercharge engine. I thing crazy, something around the 200hp mark They just lack in that area for someone us more experienced riders. It’s too entry level at the moment. They need to take what they already have and cater to those that are more into wave jumping and 180 tricks etc

These are terrific. Not only can you muck about on the flat, but it hands rough conditions (flat hull so you do feel every bump)

Not sure who told you that you can't tow anything with the 2 up but that is not true... it comes with the same tow clip as the 3 up

they are both the same engine just one was chiped

For a Harley Rider it might seem like a motorcycle but for a dirt bike rider it is totally a quad. want something that feels like a motorcycle on the water get a stand up!!!
