Agreed! I have the XE and trading it in tomorrow for the new FPace. Jags are stunning, great cars, and surprisingly very reliable.

I'm considering the Sportbrake as a departure from the almost generic Germans and even Swede. Haven't looked at black much, the British Racing Green and Portofino Blue are just so distinguished yet modest, right up my alley. I'm only slightly worried the engine options are a bit so-so for the price. i'm not an experienced car buyer but I kind of expect more for that money. in Europe, these COST. A fully loaded Mercedes E-Class is mighty fine in comparison to the Jaguar. Driver assistance not the same league, lots of tuners willing to help you out with the Engine and chassis. Just yeah, the Mercs and BMWs look the same in the corner of my eye :) Main worry, having seen way too many EV reviews, is that an ICE car will suck when occasionally camping at night, be it cost or warm outside. An EV can just keep the A/C running, no sweat. With those I can't bring extra fuel and make it into unlikely regions, though.

Backseat good, enough of room unless you are 2 meter tall. The trunk is quite big, using it a lot. Drives well. The best, though, is the external design. You stand out of the crowd immediately

Im 6'4" tall and I can fit relatively well behind myself in the second row. Trunk is smaller than rivals but isn't a headache. Driving impressions were great and I test drove the Audi A4/S4 models right before this Jaguar. Definitely go test drive one if you haven't.

Yeah and now Land Rover has a 2 door model Defender. Maybe British vehicles are back in style?

It's actually cheaper than the 2020 model. I had a 2015 XF. Probably my favorite of all the cars I've owned.

I’ve had my 2017 XE for 4 years now and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Not sure how Jaguar still gets bad rep in terms of reliability.. maybe I just got lucky? Either way, I love the way it looks and drives. Best chassis, suspension and engine in its class at the time. None of the luxury vehicles nowadays are significantly more reliable than each other, except maybe Lexus and Porsche. The brand heritage that Jaguar has is unparalleled imo.

Thats just regular Land-rover type of screen design. Range Rovers have similar designs but it looks better in those than in here.

Well cars that used to have 3.0L (and above) V6s now have 2.0 L turbo 4 cylinders so maybe that is what he means

I chose a 2014 XF (X250, LCI) over 5/A6/E back in 2019 and I'm glad I did.

both of those are FWD based and not sporty. Also the refreshed XF has a nicer interior

@@kristians2704 please don't get started on this. If I am luxury saloon only thing I care about is luxury and comfort plus prestige. But maybe a sport package. That's whats 99 percent ends up doing. So if you are right why s90 and es outsells jaguar and Audi Maserati Alfa Romeo Porsche.

Jaguar has a nicer interior than the S90 and ES but it's a lot more unreliable compared to S90 and ES. The S90 has better tech than the Jaguar which still has better tech than the ES.
