Beterbiev can last because his style isn't predicated on speed or quickness or even the power. He's just very highly skilled and highly intelligent. He's a champion because of his skills and the power only makes him legendary. Bivol doesn't have the manhood to withstand Beterbiev. He's safety first and possesses ZERO killer instinct. No one like that, no matter how skilled, is going to stand up to what Beterbiev brings. Also you have to consider the quality of those wins over Canelo and Zurdo. Both were weight compromised. Both ran out of energy very quickly and neither were able to really be competitive with Bivol. These are good wins but also deceptive wins. Bivol isn't quite what people are making him out to be. He loses to Beterbiev 10 out of 10 times and doesn't really pose much of a threat. Think about how Canelo was able to move him onto the ropes and unleash big shots until he gassed. Canelo wasn't able to break Bivol down but Artur will be capable. The knockout will come 8-10 and is inevitable.

Steve and Mario I don't know if you guys missed this BUT BB has said that there's a chance he goes up to heavyweight. I THINK if Usyk beats fury...look for a HW fight for all the glory between Usyk and beterbiev down the line. What a MASSIVE FIGHT that's gonna be for boxing. And oh btw he beats Bivol,trust me like Eddie hearn said you don't even see beterbiev breathing hard. Have we ever even seen him breathing through his mouth in any of his fights? Amazing...

Yeah, Beterbiev is a physical specimen. He reminds me of Salvador Sanchez, who, like Beterbiev, was so fit, he breathed through his nose most of the time as well, which is truly amazing when you consider they're throwing a multitude of punches....

Loma Kambosos is going to be a stadium event here, possibly/likely in Perth. It will do huge numbers and will be sold out.

@@kufujitsu Perth is a dope city, and the stadium will be completely filled out. Sydney is probably my least favourite city here and most fights tend to be scheduled there. Just getting to Sydney and finding somewhere reasonably to stay is not easy.

We are definitely in a second golden era of boxing.. the fact that we can talk about all these great fights and they are all being made no what ifs or possibility. The Saudis are making sure we get the best fights and that's great! Usyk might join the ranks of 2 time undisputed in 4 belt era and all happened within the last couple months. Really hope we see the four kings settle who is the best before they retire or change divisions.

I agree Loma was robbed cause someone thinks Haney has a more profitable future and he can’t afford to lose -really? Kevin is going to lose soon enough. So why sacrifice Loma? But Loma is a warrior and will make a comeback and roll thru Kambosos then we’ll see him vs the new crop at 135 Shakur should be at 140 since he hydrates to 147 easy in his fights at 135 Shakur and Devin are both weight bullies at 135

I see that Lopez and Kim watched PROBOXTV to get much of their content for this episode, especially when talking about Beterbiev, because PROBOXTV had John Scully, his trainer, on for a spotlight interview before Beterbiev vs. Smith, and Scully told stories and relayed information that Lopez and Kim used to record this episode. PROBOXTV has you guys beaten by a mile, and they do shows or create content on a daily basis. NO WAITING!

I never understood the Callum Smith hype. He beat a one armed, passed his best George Groves, he beat a career middleweight and again pass his best, Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam. He lost to a European level/fringe level fighter in John Ryder. Also he gave a piss poor performance against Canelo. So to me, where did the hype in Callum knocking out Beterbiev come from.

Smith was easy work and overhyped. Not once was smith able to deter beterbiev. But then again when your face is getting jabbed at with every punch thrown you’re a sitting duck. The first 30 seconds of the fight tells it all. Easy money against a slow and stationary target that is up against the ropes. Just look at smith’s face. If anything this was one of beterbiev easiest fight. Whoever thought that smith, the guys who lost to canelo at 168 was going to stand a chance against a monster like beterbiev is ludicrous. Let’s not forget Bivol took canelo to school and dominated him with ease. To think that smith was the guy who could possibly dethrone beterbiev would be saying that smith would have outclassed Bivol.

Some people do P4P by how many titles and weight classes and that is necessary in the lower weight classes where people are going to fill out and grow. At MW and up there is nothing wrong with maintaining your best form at your natural weight and holding things down. I agree that if Beterbiev isn't in the P4P conversation then you either haven't seen his fights or you're in denial.

No one is talking about Artur's atypical levels of HGH etc. Gets faster and stronger near 40? Second coming of Manny Pacquio. Love the fighter but the boxing game is corrupt. How many fighters have suffered brain damage from this guy?
