Nasrul Hulk I try to gain side abs cause i wasn't training my whole torso due the fact i didn't have all the equipment for that and the fact that i'm almost 2m tall my sides look weird not having side abs while wearing T-shirts. So i looked up some tutorials , visited many fitness trainers and his videos are top on youtube. I recommend you to watch his tutorial about diets and rests , they are very helpfull for brginners and he is one of few people that doesn't recommend steroids and junk filled with water as other. You can see his body , that it looks natural.
Definitely one of the best calisthenics channels I’ve ever seen on RU-vid. In fact their One Punch Man video is what got me to working out with calisthenics in the first place. And how they structured said workout is what I’m doing on a weekly basis.
That outdoor park looks like a really neat place in the forest. I like my gym, but a nice shady outdoor place like that would be fun. Plus I'd play on the play structures inbetween sets.
Yep, that's right. No kipping in musculation exercises. In crossfit you do pullup kipping or butterfly to increase number of reps. Imagine to run without move your arms or swimming without your feet. Think about Fosbury jump techinque. I can hear them right now: "Noooo. You can't do that! It's .... it's ... it's not fair!" :D Your body have many resources. Use them
In crossfit they do kipping so that every couch potato and house wife could do those reps with a minimal time/effort investment. It's about business and engaging as many people as possible, which translates to $$$. Make all those MUs, PUs, HSPUs strict form only and 90% of the members would fail and give up training. Nowadays, people need fast results or they get bored. They don't want to work like crazy for 8 months to get that Full Front Lever. Too much effort. Planche? Screw that. I'd rather have my pizza + beer nights and hit my crossfit studio twice a week.
@@huitzilopochtli4655 You are correct!! Cross-fitters shy away from properly doing pull-ups because it's too damn hard. Rather, they perform an easy bastardized version of of it and then convince themselves that's it's as good, or better than a proper executed pull-up. To give it some legitimacy, they then gave it a name - Kipping.. While the rest of us all simply refer to it as "shitty pull-up form"...
These are very good videos. The instruction is very professional and well informed from an anatomical and biomechanics perspective. Good on you. I am a physiotherapist in Australia and really appreciate the quality. Cheers.
@@slickitkam116 I see you everywhere or someone is using the same pic. You were on that white bodybuilders music video correct? Where the kid gets bullied and he shows up and the kids run off. Then they train together.
That's because trainers at gyms literally don't know shit. The certification is garbage. The protocol to adhere to at gyms is remedial and regimented. It's no better with physical therapists working in rehab facilities either. Many still think that thumbs down (pour out) raises are good for the supraspinatus. Sure, it shows up on EMG muscle activation. But the tendon gets closed off and impinged, making it worse. Back to pull-ups. Engaging the traps to start the ascent when doing pullups is the proper method (shown here). Many never get it. This video is FANTASTIC! The calisthenic dudes here are badass.
THX so much..the squeezing the shoulder blades tip is really useful! it helped me to stop the elbows from flaying outwards which I legit struggled with before. now I can do 2 pullups unassisted haha. annnd.. you have excellent lats too may I add :')
When I was younger I could do 30 plus true pull ups, I am 58 now and trying to get back into body weight work outs, it's not easy , great video to help build beginner muscle no matter what your age is
Lately I've been struggling with assisted pullups, I'm a sucker with strenght, I know, and seeing your video makes me think that I might have to work more on the horizontal pull and then progress to the classic pull ups. Great video. It's much appreciated, thanks.
tell me if i'm wrong but i think its pretty much impossible to perform a front lever with totally retracted scapulas, because by doing so, you lose the full activation of the lats
i have a real question here.. does calithenics training improve my skills at dynamics in general? like parkour and ? daynamic movements in street workout
yes, create a 6 day a week schedule. On leg day, you should be doing different kind of jumps it will help regarding parkour. Also, exercises like muscle ups and having strong core does help a lot with parkour. Calisthenics is great because it keep u lean and ripped. Good luck.
Many thanks! Your video tutorials are always helpful and your clarity of instruction makes the concepts easy to understand. Thanks again and keep up the good work! Peace
Super video thank you. I have a 30 year history of back issues and I cannot do some exercises with weights, but I can do these. I like how you shared from beginning to advanced levels.
try negative pull up in initial days.. Negative means take a support to go up and try to come as slow as possible to pull down with a control on your body.
Many thanks to both of you El-eggs n Sven.. I learnt so many tips by watching your awesome videos since I start my calisthenics 8months ago.. really hope to met you gusy someday.. Cheers, Jone frm malaysia
Dude your videos are fucking insane. Every time I watch one, I become so motivated and inspired. Thank you for producing good quality, informative content. Your videos have helped so much. Now I'm going to go wash a golf cart.
Thank you for the video, it was very helpful. I just started calisthenics and all of your videos are great. I'm trying to get use to the scalpula involvement
The music kind of hypnotizes me like some creepy dk64 Nintendo soundtrack... I love it. The best calisthenic channel honestly. Most proficient practitioners as well.
I made a dozen pullup variation videos when I was training for the American Ninja Warrior! Depending on where you live, you can do all of the exercises in local parks.
