The BEST acupuncture points in my opinion are the ones that are indispensable in clinical practice!
I was taught to use at least one (or more) of the 4 commander acupuncture points in every treatment!
LI 4 is the BEST acupuncture point for any pain or issue occurring on the face (jaw, eyes, nose...).
LU 7 is the BEST acupuncture point for pain on the head and neck (migraines, neck tension...)./
ST 36 is the BEST acupuncture point to incorporate in a treatment protocol when there is low immune system and/or digestive system imbalances.
BL 40 is the BEST acupuncture point for lower back pain (including Si joint, gluteal and sacral pain).
