Bpc added to my trt protocol cured me of chrons/ibd and hashimotos. In less than 6 months with diet modification, dialing in the protocol and I haven't had a flareup or pain in my joints in months. I also haven't even had a runny nose and I was sick for a decade till I got a pituitary tumor removed. This stuff litteraly saved my life. I've never felt so good and been able to go so long and recovery is through the roof. I'm a caddy by trade so I'm walking 10 to 20 miles a day carrying up to 70lbs and last year I could barely work 2 or 3 days in a row. Now I can just go. I'm taking one off every 9 or 10 and I'm playing so much more golf and running with my child. I didn't think this version of me was ever coming back and I'd go play in traffic before I go back to where I was pre regimine with a 170 test and a free of 3 with a thyroid and adrenal gland not working. I've stripped 85lbs off in 16 months. My body fat has gone from 28 to 16. My mental health improved so quickly that I was able to get off antidepressants as well as cholesterol hbp liver and kidney support and a myriad of other bullshit. Once I kicked the psych meds weight started melting off, digestion sped up and it took about 4 months to clear my system but I literally can out pace my 20 yr old self and I'm 41 now. I can stay or there all day and never get tired. I'm never really hungry not in the way I used to be and once I get going there's no stopping this train. Get tested. It could change your life. I don't even feel like the same person. More like an idiot who for decade sought treatment from mds that just kept pushing drugs instead of actually testing or symptoms. I figured I had a tumor through elimination diet. I gained 50lbs on a 1300 calorie a day diet and was skipping at least 2 days a week. If I hadn't have done years of research is probably be dead right now. We've been barking up the wrong tree for over a decade. I'm tumor free and thriving for the first time in my adult life. The glass ceiling has been broken and the sky's the limit.
I have been using BP157 and TB500 for a couple days with a 30gage 1/2 inch needle, injecting into my belly fat; I have had a bad Achilles tendon for 20 years due to a major accident; I’m strongly considering trying this. Did you ‘dart’ the needle in directly to the back of the tendon? How high above the heel on the Achilles did you inject?
@@jasonbaldridge4281 30 gauge? Like insulin needle? You can put into under skin around irritated area careful to avoid nerve or blood vessel. Any direct into tendon is going to hurt & should be done by serious Dr. only,
I had problems with inflamation tendon of musc.peronealis behind lateral .maleolus after injury. I cannot walk 4 weeks , I have taken antiinflamatory drugs, then lokal cortikoids ,nothing helped. I had pain all day ,cannot bike, run, make fitness.........then i desided to try BPC 157....i taken orally 500mcgr before sleep.....after one week i m completely painloss.......totally fit......this is like miracle .......thanks guys !!!
@1986mancini cjc1295 + ipamorelin on a 10 week cycle worked great sq route. No negative side effects, sleep was amazing and the gains were reasonable within that time frame. Nothing that made you look like hulk but definitely some serious improvements and overall just felt great. Have been cycling off now for about 6 weeks.
Hi jennifer! How do you take it? Injection or caps? I herniated my c6 disc eight months ago and lost about 97% of strength in my right arm and chest also seen atrophy in my right arm and chest. In this video the doctor recommended to inject close to the sight that confuses me how can I inject it close to my spine?! Should i be taking caps then?
@@CharmingChowder I do injections. You can search for the peptide calculator online to know how much water. Since this video they banned bpc so it’s only available in pills. Unfortunately, I don’t think this method is as efficient as subcutaneous in my personal opinion. So use a trusted source and make sure you they are 3rd party tested for your rats. Hopefully, peptides will come back so we can get through compounding pharmacy.
Recovery peptides solution: Grass fed beef or Bison. BCAAs and Taurine. Plus broccoli, complex carbs and some addition fats, fresh beet root juiced, with rest.
I can add some anecdotal input, had a achillies tendinitis, I used bcp 157, 200mcg daily, total used was 15mg over 2 weeks, can say without a doubt 90% improved, so I'm going to carry on for another 2 weeks using same daily dosage.
My n=1 experience with peptides... used a combination of BPC-157, TB500, CJC-1295 (no DAC), and Ipamorelin to help reduce pain and heal from chronic knee issues. Been through many rounds of physical therapy over the years with no success. Completed Knees Over Toes Zero program 3 times with very minor relief. Still get after it and do mostly everything like skiing, hunting, hiking, adult league sports, and weight lifting. I have to self limit at times depending on severity of pain. I have a few nasty flare-ups a year where my activity has to decrease by 75% due to pain and swelling. It often feels like my patellar tendon is going to explode while doing simple things like walking down a hill or even taking the tiniest misstep. I have previous history of ACL reconstruction. Recent x-rays were mostly clean with very minor erosion under the medial side of the patella. Most likely diagnosis though no doctor or physical therapists is certain is chronic-recurrent patellar tendonitis, pain associated with scar tissue, and chronic post-surgical pain. TB500 seemed to give me brutal fatigue or malaise. I didn't feel like I wanted to take a nap, but laying around on the couch was the only thing I wanted to do. Zero energy and a heavy/sluggish feeling all the time. I was taking total 500mcg of TB500 in split doses daily. I have seen other protocols saying to take 1-2mg every 3rd day. I was injecting locally around the patella. I took TB500 for 2 weeks and experienced no pain relief. I was taking 500mcg of BPC-157 daily in split doses also injecting locally around the knee cap. I did this for 21 days with no pain relief. I was also taking 100mcg of CJC-1295 and 200mcg of Ipamorelin twice daily for 5 days on and 2 days off. I started to experience very uncomfortable welts that persisted for 5 days after subq injections in my belly and glutes. I attempted a second bottle of both CJC and IPA to see if there was some sort of contamination and experienced the same thing. I always used sterile procedures before every injection.
Sorry to read about your poor result. I wonder if perhaps you have some nutritional needs or absorption issues that are limiting your collagen repair process.
Those welts you developed are almost certainly user error -- you need to be ensuring that not only are you rotating injection sites, but also the location at each site. If you rotate between both sides of the abdomen, the love handles, and the glutes... this is not likely to happen. @@Lucas_Jeffrey
@@ScottDreyfus Right. I was minimum 2 hours fasted when taking ipa & cjc. Was following Dr. Seeds protocol. I don't plan on using these peptides again anytime soon.
Have you heard of any negative side effects with BPC 157? I'm concerned about how BPC-157 can enhance the expression of VEGF which can exacerbate tumor development.
Yea when I heard him summarize its action at 5:06 I immediately thought: "oh so it fucks with cell replication/regeneration .... that's going to have a cancer risk"
I have tried GHRP-2 in the past and remember good BMs, very deep sleep and strength gains. I've just ordered some TB-500 to see if it can help me with a calf injury, I've got a backpacking trip in the Himalayas in a month and I need help healing. Even 10 years since I last purchased them, peptides are still pretty hard to obtain here in Australia and of course the black market is the easiest place to get them. I certainly don't like the idea of injecting substances without strict control systems in place regarding their manufacture, but these government health authorities seem to be purposely holding these compounds back from us.
Thank you for all you do 🙏🏼🙏🏼! There are ways to make and increase your own peptide. Are you interested in natural ways to increasing your own peptide?
I've had gut issues for around 5-6 years. Feel very unhealthy overall. Also both wrists injured for a couple of years which significantly hinders gym progress. Would love to try BPC157 but the cancer risk really puts me off :(
I read just the opposite that BPC 157 HElps with cancer chemotherapy . So Ive been having gut issues so I decided to try bpc157 , now listening to this video makes me think o 💩 , I probably made it worse . Now I've gotta figure out which is true does it make cancerous tumors worse or the other .
@@bryanutility9609It definitely is a real problem. Andrew Huberman discusses it in his video ''Benefits & Risks of Peptide Therapeutics for Physical & Mental Health'' at 31:30.
Look at Thor Worlds strongest man, who tore his Pec muscle!! Within 1 year after taking the BPC and several others it has healed completely and he is competing again.
I recently torn my pec and bicep tendon. Ultrasound says they are both partial tears. Still waiting for an MRI and see an orthopedic surgeon. Do you think BPC-157 would help start the healing process. I see my internal medicine on Tuesday to talk about a list of different peptides.
the amazinf thing to me those that are passionate about health and well being know so much more thatn your average doctor....if you have half a brain you can really get educated and heal yourself through good diet exercise and the best supplement regimen
@@twiztid_thoughtz1138 I was out of my brace in 5 weeks fully weight bearing. Loaded exercises in the gym @ 7 weeks. Physio said I was roughly 6 weeks ahead of where he would normally expect me to be, whether that was because of the bpc is impossible to tell but I have recovered quickly. I did two months worth and as I was feeling like my healing part was done and I was just looking to rebuild the muscle I lost during the brace period didn’t see the point in continuing.
I had MPFL reconstruction 4 weeks and 1 day ago. Been taking 750mcg bpc157 375 2x a day. And 750mcg to 1000mcg of TB500 per day All in all I'm walking on one crutch and all my scars are gone or atleast 95%, gone. A week from now I couldn't imagine I'll be on a brace and crutch considering I got my TTO done aswell I'm happy
@@tied78 Nice!!! I had TTO also, what’s you range of motion like?? Looking back at pictures I was at about 80% ROM @ 4 weeks in and I was completely off crutches as well just had the brace. You should be out of the brace by 6 weeks anyway I think.
@shaneroberts2492 my rom is pretty bloody good my man. I did go down to the one crurch yesterday I'm absolutely dying to head down to the steam room and sauna just waiting for this stupid stich to fall out. Yeah mate. Hopefully 2 weeks from now I'm out of the brace and off crutches will be smart about it. I did have elbow tendinitis it actually has subsided a bit considering I'm not injecting it anywhere near there or if I wasn't recovering from such a massive reconstruction I think it would be healed up Some people say these peptides don't work. I find that fucking hard to believe it must be absolute junk because Ultima pharmaceuticals seems to be the shit and definitely works
there is no difference between the oral and injection when it comes to efficacy as long as you are taking the right dosage. I'm getting my oral BPC157 from nextchems and so far it is helping me with recovery.
If you take CJC 1295 is gonna increase you grow hormone, but if it’s too high was the secondary effects, what can happen to your buddy if it’s way too hard and you took a bigger dose of these supposed to
Had high hopes for BP 157 / TB 500 but after 3 weeks of this combo I experienced nothing. I'm sure many people benefit just the way they say , but we all don't respond the same way. Not cheap either, LOL
Very informative piece , what are the doctors views on GHRPs ? would be great to here . feeling most are sourced from China and probably straight Somatropin , its the cheapest product they make because they make so much in bulk and to produce the likes of Ipamorelin, cjc1295 etc individually very expensive in batches , I would suggest a lot of GHRPs are straight 191 amino acid complex , the cost is exaggerated for the US/EU market
Ide say absolutely yes, bcp 157 I can vouch for, tendinitis healed 90% in 2 weeks, but I'm going to do another 2 weeks to get it 100% , this is just my experience.
That's the thing. I would say that these videos are almost detrimental when they don't give a reliable source. People are spending money on and injecting unknown shit into themselves
I( donot agree, all peptides are amino acid chains, its not rocket science, its very basic chemistry. I bought from largest in the USA 700. for 3 months, I smartened up same stuff diff lab S150.00 you see the profit? @@user-sm8wo3dj5z
What are your thoughts on CJC-1295 Ipamorelin increasing blood flow to cancer cells? You may have a small unknown cancer cell somewhere in your body and this peptide may accelerate the growth.
May sound like a stupid question, but people have me questioning my sanity. So.. a blend bottle with 5/5mg on it is 5mg of each peptide, making it 10mg total inside the bottle. Yes? So if you inject, say, 500mcg of total product, you're getting 250 of each... correct? Since I could remember 5+5 is 10, but it is 2023 so maybe I'm missing something lol I just wanna be sure I'm not over dosing myself. Thanks! For a 5/5 blend, with 2ml of bacteriostatic water, If I want 300mcg of each peptide, what so I pull to? Do I use 5 or 10 in the calculator? Do I use 300 or 600 in the calculator?
Big fan of Armra's colostrum. We've been using the Immunity and even been giving it to our dogs. May try the Performance version (not for the dogs on that one; it has cacao)
Fracture 9 months old of 5th metatarsal bone and bpc-157? Im using it in belly by insulin, but fracture pain increased and return ?should I use it less 4x by week or? Should I inject it near bone fracture? Thank you
Peptides have been around for over 15 years, this is not new. Also the healing peptides Tb500 and BPC 157 only help reduce inflammation allowing you to recover better but don't expect miracles
@@shiftgood anything promoting growth and healing systemically can accelerate cancers. Not necessarily cause it but potentially speed up it's development yes.
What kind of doctor do I need to talk with to get some bpc? The doctor I see for my routine physical each year doesn't seem to be very educated on anything else that she would of needed to learn about outside of school
I can't say on peptides, but do some looking into creatine monohydrate for concussions and TBI. The data is starting to roll in, and it's about as risk-free as you can get for most supplements or drugs.

I have a fasting insulin of 4.2, but my IGF-1 is over 300. I do have a benign fibroma growth in my tibia, but im still trying to find out what to do about lowering igf. removing whey protein, considering fasting, and even maybe cutting out sauna. but that's crazy because sauna is universally considered healthy...
Yeah Thomas you took bpc-157 and tb-500 intravenously and you felt better almost right away right? Uuuuhh, NO, that’s NOT how peptides work, the healing process takes place through your cells, so it takes MUCH longer to work. Maybe you feel 25-50% better in a few weeks but that would be unusual. It take weeks to fully heal a real tendon or ligament injury
See a physio so you stop doing harm. Look into PRP and the like. Stem cells efc… Jordan Peterson interviewed a Dr. who does that’s stuff on his channel a couple weeks ago.
Thanks, Does anyone know if these work on bone regeneration or even cartilage/joint regen. Hell I’ll take muscle to 🤣. And lastly what are the side effects? All info is welcome thanks.
Has anybody had success using peptides to treat hip/back pain? Have some disc bulges that have slowed my training down but I still am to train just not without low grade pain. Was maybe thinking that could help me with that? Any thoughts? Totally new to peptides.
been taking it for 3 days now, already 70% pain free, mind you I've had lumbar spine pain from L4/L5-S1 disc bulge nerve pain, I'm already back to leg pressing 6 plates each side no worries, no pain. i have the 60 capsules one.
Love to get me some BPC157, but theyre illegal here in Australia; *if* you can get a Doctor to prescribe them, you *may* be able to find a *compounding pharmacy* that will make you some, and it will still cost you around $600 here for enough for a couple of weeks (max) ... they really dont want us to be healthy.
@trevorosbornmedia I'd say it definitely was a shit source, what source did you use if i may ask? Because Tb500 and bpc-157 absolutely works, I had a terrible shoulder injury and later on a foot injury that both helped relieve 90+ % of the pain in just a few weeks. I felt minor relief the first few days even. (Umbrella labs) (peptide sciences) and (Verified Peptides) have great stuff. Not too sure about overseas shipping though...
@@PowerShack_MisFitness problem is, here in Australia, you have to declare what is coming in on the customs form, and I have been reliably informed (by people trying to order overseas) that it will get confiscated at the boarder
@@CaptZenPetabyte you can't state that they are laboratory research materials and not for human consumption? Are they full on illegal to buy and possess in any regard? Not any of the ones talked about here at least. However the GHRPs can increase GH/IGF for sure, it's not some negative feedback loop with GH though so if you stopped taking it you'd be fine.
It doesn't matter if you take BPC157 thru nasal, oral or via injection as research shows the efficacy will be the same as long as you are taking the right dosage properly. 250mcg of BCP-157 daily, and 2mg tb500 twice weekly seems to be a standard dosage amongst lifters I know. Did BCP for 1 week and felt pain relief and less swelling, hope this helps
I do 500 mcg Bpc 157 and 500mcg tb 500 that’s already blended together , I added 1.2 ml of bac water and just did a .1 every day for 10 days with and insulin needle directly into my left shoulder combined with some Physio and it worked wonders, I’m 43 and do jiu jitsu and work out regularly.

Hi guys, does anybody know if the use of BPC-157 and BP-500 could cause complications with plates and screws from past surgeries from years ago, or even recent surgeries included?
hi bro, my friend has been using BPC157 with surgery on his ACL. Never heard of any complications. He said that he has been feeling great and his recovery has been going well. He didn't mention any side effects and he seemsprettyy pleased with the results. He'll be able to return to full activity in about six weeks. He's been getting bpc 157 fom Nextchems. Hope this helps.
It's not going to affect metal in your body. It will help with the soft tissue healing around the surgical area. Never looked into the bone healing aspect, if it helps or not. But it won't have any detrimental affects.
You said talk to your doctor about it but where are they sourcing these peptides if they're not FDA-approved yet? The same website as anybody can go to that sells sarms and stuff?
Most regenerative medicine docs use compounding pharmacies that require FDA oversight as to the quality of their products. They're not getting them from a lab in China. You'll pay more, but I would say it's worth it if you're injecting something into your body.
So I'm looking at using BCP-157 on a shoulder injury. Do I inject this into the muscles in the shoulder or subcutaneously and if so where is most safe to do so?
I have a frozen shoulder and inject right to where it aches into the muscle, because the delt is easy to inject in. I use an insulin syringe so it’s not very deep
@@jonski_i Its mostly for increasing growth hormone, probably the most potent of the safer GHRP (growth hormone releasing peptides). However it's way more expensive than other alternatives, like ridiculously expensive. Not worth
