Taurine might have possible benefits, but it also has some significant potential negative side effects. Taurine can increase anxiety and along with that increase mood volatility, and not in a good way. This isn't typically seen in the short term, but rather after a few weeks of continued use at even a very moderate dose (2.5 g/day). Fortunately the effects are not permanent and substantially dissipate after a week or so of not using it. Be warned. I've seen it happen in 2 cases.

I definitely notice a little difference in my strength, muscle growth, energy and recovery, than when off the TA, but dang, when I’m on TA it’s night and day difference. Love TA. I’ve also been on HMB and D3 supplementation for about a year and noticed a difference off that in the beginning. Not so sure now. Maybe just over powered by TA. Just wanted to comment because I get value from watching the videos & reading other comments. At the peak of my interest & free time, I was exercising 7 days a week (cardio, 5 mi * 7 min) and weights or rock climbing 5 days a week. My stack was : creatine, beta alanine, taurine, l arginine. Drink coffee but never took preworkouts /caffeine prior to gym. I tested each one independently with no other supplements to see the effects before doing that combined stack. I would like to work back up to that tempo and this time I am going to add high doses of collagen and glycine to the stack. Thanks for sharing so many videos

@michaelscacciaferro8210
@michaelscacciaferro8210 3 месяца назад
Best tasting whey protein is ryse. As far as losing belly fat you can’t spot reduce fat so as long as you are in a calorie deficit and lift, eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and do light cardio you will get leaner eventually and your muscle will show, although it is unlikely you will build much muscle while in a calorie deficit so once you cut down to where you want to be go in a slight surplus while slightly increasing protein and you will start acquiring muscle

Creatine des not necessarily cause Subcutaneous Water retention and Muscles are 76-78% Water along with other parts of the Body being 70-85% water- point being Water is not always a problem. Creatine increases Adenosine Tri-Phosphate which is in your Mitochondria in the cells of the muscle- that yields strength and Explosive power. The protein aspect is very interesting- and makes sense.

I feel like creatine should be cycled, because you can naturally find it in red meat 🥩. When I was taking creatine I noticed my recovery time boosted, brain x memory function, increased strength, and size in my muscles due to the water. It was great! I was on creatine in the army, I was taking it for about 6-9 months without cycling it. I was going through a hard time in the military when I was trying to transition back to a civilian and became very stressed out to the point where I started losing my hair on the back of my head. At first it was a tiny patch which grew so large and became VERY noticeable. Apparently the doctors told me it was my immune system attacking that part of my body which caused the balding. But as soon as the patch grew in size, I hopped off of creatine and got scalp injections three times and my hair grew back. I don’t know if my body was to blame or the creatine. But I’d suggest for anyone new to working out to cycle it. Because you can naturally find it in red meat 🥩. I just feel like I fall in the small category where creatine will cause a misfortunate side effects.

I’m surprised no Nitric Oxide. I’ve used that for many years. Not just work outs, but sport too. One of my favorite times is while skiing on powder days. Ripping down a slope in knee deep powder is like doing sprints. You can get a little gassed. But with nitric oxide, the recovering is one third the time. Then off again ripping it up. Same in the gym. Just me, but I swear by it. Great video. Thanks.

Citrulline and Arginine. Definitely gives you "pump" in the gym. It's in every PWO. It's also usually included in pills that are supposed to give you "pump" in a specific body part and it works there too. It can also lower blood pressure and it can be risky to use for people who had heart problems. Kind of a light version of Viagra.

@@versewriter8123 Great question and spurred me on to look. I just realized I was all but out. Originally was from GNC, but they closed the store near me. Then from Puritans Pride. They got great supplements, but have been out of NO for a long time. So I did a google and Amazon search. Takes some time to read up on them, but I found two I thought I'd try. The one I really like after reading the feed back was from Primaforce. The people that liked it had the same reaction to NO I had. So do your DD and find one you think you will like.
