Great idea!! & Thxs for the input. Could you please make a list of all the highly inflammatory foods that are the worst if not endless. I do make a point to stay away from almost All Nightshade veggies, potatoes are hardest but the less starchy red potatoes may be easier on our bodies. BTW: I am glad your doing this & encouraging other to do the same. Just getting started & making the effort for positive change can make a world of difference and nothing ventured is nothing gained; so Accolades to you !!! Sugar will be the hardest as it is in everything.! If I might share today I attempted just that by mixing my own concoction of raw organic almond butter, with Dr. “A”’s Vanilla collagen powder & instant coffee & or Org.cocoa. In very small amounts just to see if I could make something healthy with a form of protein without any sugar that included ingredients I like. And in one of the small groups I added ginger crystals & though that had sugar in it I used so few granuals of it that it was minuscule none the less leaving it out is essential due to even trace amounts can get us hooked once again.
Thank you so much for your support and thank you for sharing some of your journey with me, you are SO RIGHT sugar is my biggest challenge and not even because I'm a sweet tooth per-say (I prefer more tart stuff) but it is in everything and I'm always down for dessert. Nonetheless, it is great to not be doing it alone! I am so curious about how your concoction came out, how did you like the flavour? P.S. that is a great idea to make a list of the foods that are most highly linked to inflammation, I will do a video on that and figure out a way to share the list through an attachment or something, thanks for the suggestion!
