Oatmeal is only filling if you add 3-4 times the water than the instructions say For 60 grams of quick oats I add 600 grams of water. It’s a pound and a half of food for 300 calories So if you want oatmeal to fill you up add a lot of water nuke it instead of boil for 4-5 minutes and then refrigerate it and cool it down so it creates resistant starch (gets gelatinous) this will lower the GI index cause resistance starch digest slower and feeds your gut microbiome. So to recap 1.Add a lot of water 2. Cook in the microwave (no boil, no overnight oats) 3. Eat it cold

I’m enjoying your content. Thanks for sharing. I’m wondering if you can give some suggestions on how to keep the protein without eating so much animal protein. I have a hard time digesting large quantities especially beef.

That document at 09:00 is from 1995, it wasn't very detailed, we know now that salmon is weaker than cod by 10% which is on same lvl as steak, while tuna is 16% higher than salmon

How do you feel about people who have had the gastric sleeve to start getting in shape? With other health issues. I think you and your team are amazing. I have loss 70lbs alone and 40lbs since the surgery.

im real stuck on what my maintenance calories is. last week Monday i run 5k in morning then went gym then muy thai, Tuesday i didnt do anything because i felt overtired and my calves and thigh can barley move, wedseday i walk 10000 steps, thursday i ran 5k in like an hour, friday i went to do a 5k and go gym and sunday i did 5k and i ate at least ate 2200-27000 cal each day. im 5,6 , about 76.6kg age 16 , male and im 25- 30 % body fat but this week im going gym 3 times muy thai 4 clases and run 5 k 5-6 times a week so train 2x a day which is about 2 hours and im looking at every website to see my maintenance but they all say different things can anyone help me please becuase i bulked up for a year and went from skinny fat to bulky gained some muscle some fat and i dont want to under eat by accident and loose all my progress. aswell as i want my fitness level better

If you are struggling to lose weight, just change what you are doing. If you have time, workout more (whether it be weights, cardio, walking, etc). If you do those things and don't have time, meal prep meals. I lost weight not changing much because I meal prepped and kept with gym. Know that you will gain weight if you are new to weight lifting, then you will drop weight if you keep it up. Overall, food is what made you fat. Food will fix it too. NEVER do a full cut of nutrients. Your body/mind will relapse. If you are an office worker, stand-up or walk around the office. If you can't do either, tell HR that you need a standing desk for health reasons. They can't ask the reasons, and in most cases, your request will be met.

Oh no...Find out what your calories for fat loss are by using an app, like calculator (on google) and/or myfitnesspal. Myfitnesspal will ask you what your goal would be, and if you select lose fat, it'll give you the recommended calories. Then eat within that range. 500 isn't sustainable for anyone
