Due to stomach sensitivity I cannot drink coffee or eat oats and I dont like chicken. Maybe I can just eat twigs and berries?

Walking does not help you burn calories that much. You need to run to get your heart rate above 120 to burn belly fat.

I am currently on a 20:4 fast(been on it for 2weeks now, plan on doing it for 8weeks or more)however, Its not easy to follow that rule of eating 3hrs and drinking 2hrs before bed. Cause i am eating like 8pm and i am super tired and just want to sleep. Also in week2 i only lost 0.25kg, whereas in week1 i lost about 2kgs. Why do you think i lost so little last week?

I wish I could just get the cliff notes from your videos and get down to the information that is relevant without having to hear all the introductory stuff, the sales pitch stuff and hear about your background in every single one of your videos. You've got a lot of really good information across a lot of really good videos but there's about 5 minutes of solid information in this video and the rest is just fluff. I've been watching your videos for 2 years and it's hard to not get bored and turned off when hearing the same repetitive stuff that you include in every single video. Do you have a series of videos in which you don't explain your background and instead just go straight into the focus of the content? Thank you for your videos. You have helped me go from about 35% body fat down 16% and now I'm trying to get down to 12%. I appreciate what you do.

Im.doing a core full body kettle bell today followed by 45 min stairs ..with ankle weights. Or max out incline sleep 3 ankle weoghts for hour probably 22 % right now wanting 18%
