Its so nice to see a change of pace from sunny. Instead of informing us about people who are scumbags, or scammers, he is talking about these inspiring stories. Congrats to all these people
@@GeoNoob He just likes the change of pace. Just because you eat pizza doesn't mean you wouldn't like some pasta every once in a while. This has nothing to do with if Sunny is a good or bad person. It has to do with what ImNotSnek likes. And they like more positive content.
Just imagine how amazing it must feel. Not carrying around even 200 extra pounds 24/7 and just having more energy because of a proper diet and your brain pumping dopamine/serotonin/endorphins because you aren't just eating sugar and doing exercise! I went from 240 to 180 and my quality of life just improved in so many ways.
@@justsomeguywithagoatee8337 thats awesome! congrats! I myself am going on a diet for the past two months and change. Lost about 11 pounds from 193 to 182. Goal is to be 155-160 by the end of summer
I was literally crying in this due to my own change. It took me….MUCH longer than these legends but in six years I’ve lost 234 pounds. It was an excruciating journey and since I had no money for surgeries, I had to practically sweat blood to do it. But it’s worth it for the long run. It warms my heart to see others going the same path.
Congratz to all these people. Taking ownership of their actions and changing things for the better. Don't let anyone tell you weight isn't linked to health. Those people don't care about you and are enablers severely misinformed about the human body. Healthy weight is a thing. Good luck everyone!
This is great. I used to be over 360 lbs a few years ago but thanks to working out I’ve been able to maintain 180 for over three years. It’s awesome to know I’m not the only one who was able to achieve my weight loss goals. Congrats to all of them.
@@RealSerie26 Agreed but it's still really impressive weighing 600lb and then losing all that weight. There's no point in comparing The Rock who builds muscle to the people who are trying to lose weight
This has to be one of my favorite Sunny videos of all time. Seeing these people overcoming these insane situations that break most people is so inspiring
I have nothing but incredible respect for these people. Being able to go from weighing 600lbs+ to less than or around 200 is no easy feat and I applaud anyone who is able to make a transformation that large.
@@S.T.W.007 fasting isnt a good way to lose weight. you might lose the weight but you will eventually go back to your old eating habits and gain it all back. the best way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet and exercise
I can’t stop smiling at this video. As someone who is on their own health journey this is not just encouraging but makes me proud of these people for getting healthy! 🎉❤
It’s insane how Casey King went from looking like a human beanbag chair to an example of what we should all strive for. Glad he found a true American Dream to chase and even reach.
God, I'm so incredibly proud of all of them. The DECADES longer of life that they will be able to live because of this... brings a tear to my eye. Weight loss isn't easy, but it can literally be life or death.
Agreed! It's the motivation and mental power to go thru these. Easy to take the shortcut and not deal but respect to go thru the challenging journey to improve self.
@@GarbageTVoriginal she's the anomaly not the example, someone her weight dies everyday from a heart attack or diabetes directly because of that weight. Statistically their argument is thousands of times better than yours.
My mom used to watch this show as motivation after her gastric bypass. She lost the equivalent of me as an adult in weight and I was so proud of her. Every time I saw her she was a whole new person and that was amazing. She's still a smaller lady now and I support her mental and physical health all the way.
So happy for all of them, I have been struggling to lose just 20 lbs in the last 6 months. Hats off to all of them, I never realized how hard it is to lose weight.
@@RaffleRaffle I did lose 5-6 kgs but during My exam season I stopped doing workout and started overreacting and ending up gaining it back. Now I'm gonna try to lose it again
As someone who is also losing weight (though I thankfully havent gotten massively obese) I can tell that the feeling that you get when you look into a mirror after all the hard work you've put is simply incredible
Thank you for the motivation tho I must admit in my case I never gained this much weight as shown in these shows. I was still able to walk and live a regular life but I decided that I had to cut the fat. The heaviest I got was 233lbs (106kg) which for a 5'6 guy was a lot but I've since managed to lose 50 lbs (23kg) so far and looking to lose around 25 more
This is all so heart warming. I’m glad these people were able to take their horrible situation and turn it around. It takes a lot of willpower to change your life style after living it for so long. Proud of these people. ❤
What a nice change of pace this video was. Happy, motivating and just wholesome. I love the usual content but with one's like this thrown In every now and then, I can only see growth for your channel.
I've worked on this show for 6 years. I can tell you, hands down, the difference between success and failure for these folks was all about attitude. Having the right mentality is key. Believing you must do it, and can do it.
Big W. Weight loss is a hard mental thing. These people are awesome for tackling this head on and making themselves better. Especially Casey. I relate to his story a lot and seeing his progress made me feel so happy. Guy deserves the world
I love seeing these people turn their life around. Anyone who is in a similar situation should take this as motivation. No matter how big you are you still have hope 💪🏼
Doesn't matter which order you put them in, all deserve huge props for what they accomplished. It really does make you feel good seeing how they went from complete rock bottom and being miserable to seeing them smile and doing for themselves while being healthy as well.
Dude, seeing Casey record those videos... He has so much energy and enthusiasm. Man, usually wholesome stuff doesn't really do much for me but seeing that really made me happy.
A lot of the time Sunnys videos can be a tad depressing because of the bad stuff that happens to people. This video, however, put a huge smile on my face, I love to see people make such big changes and witness the impact it has. Casey King has a very fitting surname, what a beast! Great video as always.
My long time barber/hair stylist and someone I consider a friend, Lonnie (won't say his last name for his privacy), was on the show and he should most definitely be included in this video. I'm extremely proud of his transformation and it's to the point where he's practically unrecognizable. Im very glad to see these transformations though and happy for all of them!
@@MrWhiskerson_Plays ironic how youtube can detect you having the wrong opinion or "spreading misinformation" but they won't do jack shit about bot accounts.
Thank you Sunny for doing these feel good videos, the Joe Rogen one was so funny I’ve never heard most of those clips and this is truly inspiring. As someone who’s had to lose over 100lbs to better my health I can only applaud the strength and determination everyone on My 600 lbs life shows because truly we all have those moments where we are at our lowest and we need something or someone to help us out. Much love Sunny ❤
Great video topic. Absolutely love seeing this kind of thing. That look of humble appreciation and spark of hope in Justin's face at 7:12 when the doctor reacts to his progress is heartwarming AF; so glad it worked out so well for these people, struggle to even imagine how hard it must of been for them.
I decided to randomly put this on before I start my workout and I now feel super motivated! Like, if someone 600+ lbs can find the discipline and drive to lose 75% of their weight when it may seem impossible while in that position, what excuse do the rest of us have? Massive respect to all these individuals and best of luck on their continuing journey to lose/keep weight off.
The immense struggle theses people had to go through to get to this point is amazing, it displays their motivation and work-ethic to complete such a feat, they have now earned a normal life that they can choose what to do with.
Sunny, thank you. After watching thi video i realized i needed a change in my life [for refrabce im five three and 190] now after this i have gone to the gym more often and made a huge change in my diet. Thank you so much Sunny.
This amount of motivation these guys are having is so much inspiring for the young generation to never underestimate yourself and try no matter what. The internet community must be so proud of these guys for never giving up
My favorite part is seeing how much happier these people appear over the course of their journey, I never watched the show but good for them for consistently losing the weight
Watching people lose so much weight is so inspiring because not only is it an incredibly difficult task, its also representative of these people. Its not only their body healing but their mind and soul.
Waiting for twitter to call sunny fatphobic now 💀 All seriousness these people are inspirational to change their lives for the better, you are the only one that can make a change in your life.
I remember Casey. The dude's life seemed so depressing. It's awesome that he completely turned it around. You can tell in his newer posts that he's so much happier.
I’m not dogging on your content but sometimes seeing “the fall” or “the decline” of whoever, it’s always painted negatively. It’s wonderful to see that these people are all better than ever and are doing well! Great content!
Hell yeah bro finally some positive vibes 🙏 I like the downfall vids but this actually gives me hope. I was 280 at the end of lockdown and 160 before but I’ve since lost 40 lbs after just quitting drinking alone. This gives me hope that with effort, I’ll be able to lose more.
I love how they look so comfortable moving around again, it must be so exhausting it is to carry that much weight. My aunt was severely overweight and unable to move at all before she died, she was always saying that she missed walking outside but her knees couldn’t handle it anymore, like a power lifted who constantly lifts and slips into over training and injury
These kinds of people are the best kind of people. I've seen people reach the bottom but refuse to get back up. But, when people like these know that they have hit rock bottom and NEED to get back up, they get back up.
They’re all impressive! I had weight loss surgery back in 2016, I was at my heaviest; 298lbs. I’m now down to 150lbs and I couldn’t be more happy. I will say, due to me being morbid obese my whole life, the mentality of me still seeing myself still as 298lb, makes me still very self conscious. Even today.
i'm currently at 286 pounds, or 130kg, at the age of 19. I don't want to put my family into debt with the surgery, I want to lose weight and become lovable, how do i do it
This video really gives me hope. I'm 18 at around 200 wearing XL. I'm nowhere near as deep in the hole as these guests on the show but that determination they have is really inspiring.
Oof, get that nipped in the bud while you can cos it only gets harder as you get older. Don't think that there's plenty of time either cos there's not.
I was 200 at the beginning of this year. I started working out and dieting and ended up losing 40 pounds over of the course of a couple months. Start while you’re young.
Alright buddy . I know you can lose weight. I believe in you. Just start by doing 30 minutes of exercise everyday and as you get more active try weight lifting . Start to track your calories . Try to cut down your calorie intake to 1700-1900. Be consistent and believe
Huge inspiration and showing us that most people can bury their mental health problems with food. I am the first to admit that I do the same. I deal with my problems with making bad food decisions. When i start eating healthy then I tend to latch onto another bad habit such as smoking.
Struggling? Are you actually trying though? If you're finding it difficult you could get a support network . All the best matey I reckon you're gonna make it
You got this, friend. Keep getting through every day, and make sure you're putting in an amount you know you'll be able to look back on later and know for yourself : I really tried. We all have something in life we have to do this with. You'll succeed.
A year ago I was struggling with it too. I’m 5 11 and I used to weigh 220 pounds. I now weigh 175 and packed on some muscle. What I learned is consistency is key. I try to eat right 6 out of 7 days a week. On the 7th day I have a cheat meal or two. This helps me from eating bad all the time by getting it out of my system. I also highly recommend lifting weights if you can. For me it’s been absolutely life changing and I’m finally starting to like my body.
