The speaker mentioned later in the conversation that it depends on the team and needs of a company. Someone strong at being an organizer can obviously do well as a Project Manager but it's a desired attribute of many product managers as well. I would say from experience that being a strong organizer is a hard requirement for many project management jobs while it is something that is more of a soft requirement for product management, depending on the company. Product management tends to be more multi-faceted and requires broad knowledge across different disciplines but also depth in what the company needs. Does that make sense?
