Every morning I go out early for a long walk (I can't run at the moment) then, when I get home I do 6 rounds of 1 minute plank and 25 kettlebell swings (12kg or 16kg KB depending on how tired I am) with no break between rounds. I love this and really find it's helping my postureand strength. Aim to complete it all in no more than 12 minutes and trust me, it hurts and is harder than it sounds.
