@@f1ightlessbird158 Not really, he respected Em before. Now, he's mad for something. But he definitely doesn't think he's one of the worst rappers of all time. I could say someone like Jamar would put Em on that list.
My dad, who was not a rap fan, overheard me listening to Dr Dre or something one day and starting mockingly rapping over it, he said something like “can’t really sing so I just say words,” but to this day that was BY FAR the worst rapping I’ve ever heard. And he didn’t even make the list. SMH
@AciidRaiin Instrumentally she's basic as hell. Lyrically, she's one-note. Money and sex, like any dime-a-dozen rapper. She can flow okay, but sometimes her twangy inflection becomes way too obtrusive (see the runaway slave live performance) and her lyrics are usually TRASH. "Everybody got opinions, yeah, like assholes You ain't gotta worry 'bout those, 'cause they assholes We just came to party, party, party, what you came for?"
@AciidRaiin she's white how could people not like her because her race? Most hate that comes to iggy is from that trash ass freestyle she did on air. She's overhated and is good for what she does but she is about on the level of people like tyga. Tyga is good for what he does too but atleast his lyrics are just basic while hers can be trash at times.
@@Caligula666x I've never listened to Run the Jewels but I do really like Killer Mike back from the Outkast and ADIDAS days. I do generally prefer real hip hop to whatever you call 21 Savage's music myself.
I'd count it more on the fact that one of his disses was just a bunch of racist bullshit while calling another person racist at the same time. I'd actually give him the number one spot off of that.
I can't imagine anyone hating Earl Sweatshirt that much. You might not like his style, but you have to at least recognize that the man has a lot of talent.
Anyone who doesn’t recognize earls ridiculous talent isn’t allowed an opinion on rappers. Whoever made the list is a moron. And logic as on here as well? I mean yeah his recent stuff is pretty wack but those first young Sinatra mix tapes are pretty good.
I love Earl, I think he's a phenomenal artist.. But to say that you've never been depressed/don't understand depression if you don't enjoy Earl's music is pretty goofy
I feel like a good criteria is only rappers signed to labels and have released more than singles, with like very few exceptions that might be notable, just to weed out the sound cloud randos that are technically worse than the bad rappers people actually care about.
Fr, to me he's kinda underrated in a sense. Ik he's been in the game for a long time so "underrated" sounds like a weird way to describe it, but I feel like people just slept on him. He can actually rap. He did good on Usher's 'Yeah' song and on his 'How low can you go' track as well.
He can also rap at speed well enough to nearly stand up there with people like Twista, and was instrumental in a lot of classics from the late 90s and whole 00s, either as the main or featured artist.
Luda has incredible flow and style and cleverness for days. He was like a southern Busta Rhymes. I mean, even when I'm making this comparison, no one sounded like him. No idea why he's here.
10:50 oh trust me, desiigner's gonna make a comeback. He left his label because they were controlling what music he made. He's back to his old self now, I recommend his new song titled survivor. It's a banger.
@@AndrewB23 dawg that’s your opinion and personally I do agree Carti trash but he has a strongggg and loyal fan base something a lot of artist struggle to establish even if they been in the game for a minute and he’s pretty much influenced this whole generation of high pitched repetitive ass vocals and lyrics with them space trap kinda hyper pop like beats with hard hitting 808s dude literally created a whole wave
Leon Tries To be fair, though, he did have some solid solo work. The issue is mainly with the song that got D4L famous-you know the one-which he went on record as saying was basically the worst thing they'd ever done, full stop, and was deeply embarrassed to have had as their big breakout single.
There are a lot of names I’d have added including SouljaBoy, Master P, Romeo, Jkwon and several others. I may agree with you that some of these names are aged and so unimportant that they don’t even deserve to be listed (I’ve never heard of about 20 of them), but most are accurate in deserving to be on the list somewhere… Oder debatable. The ones I’m surprised to see are Memphis Bleek, Freeway, Ludicris (who is fire) and Logic. They can definitely rap better than many other names you presented. I can’t believe you defended Silk the Shocker. He should be #1 on most lists. Listen to his music again. He can’t follow the beat AT ALL. He can’t even do his own background vocals in the same timing and pattern even when he’s trying. He is the literal definition of not being able to rap. Btw, “pen game” means you are a great writer, not a great rapper. Of all the lists I’ve seen, list is the least trolling one I’ve seen.
