I'm enjoying this. Probably should include Pop/Rock in the title same as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame should be the Rock and Roll and Pop Music H.O.F. Fans of certain artists will think you should include more of that artists records of course. A mega artist like Billy Joel for instance probably has 10 songs that could be included, songs like "We Didn't Start the Fire" , "Captain Jack", etc.

I must continue to stress my love for Blue Oyster Cult. Astronomy, This Ain't the Summer of Love (the two most deserving songs after Don't Fear the Reaper), maybe Cities on Flame with Rock and Roll, with perhaps a dash of Godzilla and ETI (Extra Terrestrial Intelligence).BOC is generally seen as a pioneer in metal and several other evolving genres. But I've always thought they were underrated. Not to say they deserve as many songs as The Beatles or Zeppelin, but I think they deserve at least 3

Two songs by Bonnie Raitt and only one by R&R H.O.F. member Bob Seger is interesting. Some songs by Seger: Ramblin' Gamblin' Man, Turn the Page, Old Time Rock and Roll (2nd most played jukebox song ever), Mainstreet, Hollywood Nights, Against the Wind, Still the Same, Beautiful Loser, Like a Rock, Busted, etc.

Great video, however I think this should be called a list of Popular music rather than rock music since it would be more inclusive of all popular music genres.

how could you only include 11 Beatles songs, surely at least 25+ of their songs should be included!!

Pop is a subgenre of rock n roll, from Elvis to Beatles and Kinks at the beginning they played this kind of bubblegum music. Beyonce is like Supremes or Shirelles were in 60's. You have to know what rock t really is so you could talk in another way

Alicia Keys and beyonce sing the soul of our days, just like Supremes and Shirelles did in 60's. You don't know what rock means

While I have to admit the rudeness of my comment caused by my youth, I can still say that you are very wrong, Soul is a totally different genre, partially influent on Rock, but that doesn't mean it's a Rock-subgenre.
