*7 DAY MENTAL DIET* 1. Commit 1 week solely to the task of building a new habit of thought. 2. During the week, let everything else be less important. 3. When you complete this diet, this week will be the most significant week in your life. Your entire life will change for the better. The difficulties in your life will go away. Being in accordance with The Great Law, this cannot fail. Your conditions will change on their own, for you. This is your prescription for life. For 7 days, you must not allow yourself to dwell for a single moment on any kind of negative thought. All thoughts must be: positive, constructive, optimistic, and kind. 1 week is enough to establish positive thinking. This task CAN be done. The new way of life will be so much more attractive and so much easier than the old way, that you will find your mentality aligning itself automatically. These 7 days will be strenuous. But it will dramatically alter your life for the better. For an eternity. *NEGATIVE THINKING:* Any thought of: - failure - criticism - trouble - disappointment - spite - condemnation - jealousy - self-condemnation - sickness or accident - any kind of limitation or pessimistic thinking - any thought that is not positive or constructive in character In practice, your heart will always know which thought is negative. It is not the thought that comes to you that matters, only the thoughts that you entertain or dwell on. Many negative thoughts will come to you randomly or by other people. These things do not matter, as long as you do not entertain them. It is actually these thoughts that create the discipline in yourself. Turn away from these thoughts and instead of think of God, as explained in The Golden Key *CURRENT NEGATIVE CONDITIONS* Current "negative" conditions like work and chores do not affect your diet, provided that you do not accept them by: - fearing them - believing in them - being indignant - being sad about them - by giving them power at all Any negative condition that duty compels you to handle will not affect your diet. Take care of your responsibilities without allowing them to affect you. Suppose you're having lunch with a friend who talks negatively, do not try to shut him up. Let him talk but do not accept what he says. Do not preach to others. Simply don't accept their negative chatter. It is your mental consent that constitutes your diet. When you witness an accident or injustice, do not react. Look at it objectively then do what you can to make things right. It is helpful to avoid people who get on your nerves or rub you the wrong way or bore you. But if you can't, it simply requires a little more discipline. Try not to do this diet when you have a particularly challenging ordeal upcoming. Do not take up this diet lightly. *FINAL WORDS* When taking on this diet, you'll begin to see your reality rock on it's foundation. Everything will begin to change. Isn't that why you've taken on this challenge? This is a good sign. Worry not. Let it rock and hold on firmly. When the rocking is over, the picture will have reassembled itself to something much nearer to your heart's desire. Dwelling on these difficulties is in itself a negative thought that will throw you off the diet. Simply refuse to take appearance for reality. Keep this tremendous project to yourself. Your soul is the secret place of The Most High. After completion and allowing time to pass to establish your new mentality. Then tell the story to anyone else that you think is likely to be helped by it. Finally, nothing said or done by anyone else can possibly throw you off the diet. Only your own reaction to the other person's conduct can do that.

Yes this works I did great for my 2 & half years watching my thoughts got off for a couple months not watching my thoughts my life did take a turn . Not for the worst but I could tell the difference Ive has so much goodness & blessings, & peace when I was watching my thoughts . I had to come back here for a reminder. 💕

20 years ago I was so distributed. Broken marriage loss of home and world the loss of 3 children 😢 💔. Then family court and Lawyers and police all to delete me from our children. My mind was racing and grief and sadness. Neville Goddard and Emmett Fox and Eckhart Tolle 😢pointed out God meant it for good. My awakening and silencing the mind 🎉 As pointed out . A freedom that you want to experience This journey is well worth your time ! The world I am in now is loving ❤ 😍 and wonderful abundant ! Do not talk to anyone about this in your world at all until your finished. Blessings of peaceful and abundance will come as you grow 🙏

I suggest reading all the rest of Emmet Fox's writings; start with THE POWER OF CONSTRUCTIVE THINKING, then THE GOLDEN KEY (the book with the 22 other essays included)--or other way round, it doesn't matter but those are the basics. These will give you a wonderful foundation for understanding Dr. Fox's manner of thinking and attitude concerning thought, spirit, God, etc. Do this reading as "homework" in preparation for tackling this Seven Day Mental Diet. This has worked for me, though the "work" is never done, of course. 🙏🏻

So if you come across a horrible wreck you just look at it is what it is and no emotion good or bad? I ask because I always pray for the person. I should just have no emotional attachment to it, correct?

Yes just is. It's not your life experience it's there's. You can do is see them in a wonderful state of experience from that. Go about your father's business meaning your life and being Loving ❤ to all . Does this make sense ?

❤ spot on . Best explanation of how to do it ! Now every moment till you start the 7 days. Do warm ups . Yes Be the observer of your thoughts. In your observation you will see the points he made here it. You can adjust your reactions. Practice. So when you do this 7 days you go into it fully and with an understanding of your inner reactions.. This will help you make less restarts . Every restart is successful because you realized what happened. THAT IS A BIG WIN 🏆 FOR YOU ! ! ❤ POSITIVE THINKING BLESSINGS TO YOU ALL 🙏 Enjoy the journey you will see the amazing blessings small at first to big ones 🙏 Everyone is different Just be Grateful 🙏
