this is really a lot of bullshit. first off dumbbell flies are a fantastic exercise for the chest as they can really give you a big stretch on your chest at the bottom, you should only not do them if you have a shoulder problem. Concentration curls are pretty nice for exercise variation and if you go low enough you can get a nice stretch. The leg extension machine is a great exercise to make your legs stronger, and that doesn't mean you have to choose between squats and leg extension. Also if you think that leg press will give you better squat strength than leg extensions, that's completely not true, if you want to be stronger at the squat, then squat.

yeah, same thing with situps. Maybe they just mixed them up(sit ups and crunches). But i do situps with a straight back and only slithly touching the floor. Farmerswalks for core and rows for bizep thats what i would call bullshit.

I knew this video would stir up some controversy :) However, I did double-check my info because I was also very surprised to find it out during my fitness trainer classes.| So, first, let me just admit that I did use a catchy video title, which is not even that outlandish :D That said, I researched what other trainers have to say about these exercises. @@Fitnessdy Wow, so in none of those videos you gave me did they ever mention anything about leg extensions or concentration curls. Jeremy Ethier also mentioned that you can modify the chest dumbell fly to be more effective using a band, you didn't mention that at all and instead said it was a garbage exercise. Also your first article is complete bullshit, one of the exercises they say you shouldn't do is the shrug and the alternative for that is a deadlift?????? Like what the shrug trains the traps and the deadlift trains the lower back and hams.

This video looks similar to the last one. Bent-over elbow extension and dumbbell flies look weird. They don't look helpful.
