Personally cheese pulls piss me off, especially if it's in something akin to a mozzarella stick. Sometimes you end up pulling out the whole thing while eating it and you're left with an empty husk of what could've been.
Thank you for this video. I'm on a tight budget right now, trying to eat cheaper (read: lots of potatoes) and the way you present these delicious recipes really helps me feel like I can do them too and make good food with cheap ingredients.
Good job mate, all of these look delicious honestly. Love your videos, just found out about you like 5 days ago and watched pretty much all episodes. Good stuff.
Idk if you read this but there's a newly made cheese called "Amgil Cheese". It's made from Pure milk protein with chilli and make perfect cheese pulls that has a creamy taste.
7:00 Actually a hack I learned if you want a "edible toothpick" is using a pasta noodle to pin your items together, of course it could be fragile w/ tougher stuff like a cheese stick, but I think pre-poking the holes could help!!
The mochi cheese recipe tastes way better if you use actual rice mochi and add a smear of curry roux in between the cheese. Spicy for extra flavor points.
Omg you're visiting my homestate!? I recommend bluebells cookies and creme cone, it's literally diabetes in a jar but I swear it will be the best textural and delicious experience of your life!!!!
My question is for the cheesy corndog sticks. How do you make the mashed potatoes thick like that? All the mashed potatoes I've made are super creamy and I wouldn't be able to work with it the way you do in your video.
All of those recipes look good and tasty. I might try that giant potato cheesy bread one. You could probably put some meats of some kind in with the cheese and potato, or even some tomato sauce to really make it a potato pizza thing lol.
