why is nobody asking about “almond milk” as an ingredient? what is in the almond milk? is it store bought? wouldn’t that be defeating the purpose? if home made, shouldn’t the recipe for that be included?🤔🤔
I tried using some Evaporated coconut milk, omitted the dates, and I used some almond/coconut creamer i already had in place of the almond milk, same 1/2 cup pf cashews and it came out quite good also. Think i am going to stick to your recipe here though, little cheaper, less calories and not as sweet
Love coconut milk ect. I need to stay away from coconut products due to high cholesterol, increases bad levels. I’m lactose intolerant, soy, nut & gluten sensitive also. Hope I can find a tolerable healthy coffee creamer option. ugh
Gonna try using honey cause dates are super expensive where I live. Plus, I also don’t have access to full fat canned coconut milk (brazilian struggles) so I really hope thatthe cashews can make it up!
Nope! Sometimes if not mixed well you may see some separation due to the fat content of the coconut milk. A couple simple fixes. You can add it to a blender or use an immersion blender to help emulsify it or just keep mixing with a spoon. That should do it! 😀
I wish it WERE clean... But that brand coconut milk has Guar Gum in it. Which is SUPER BAD for the gut. Especially for those of us who already have gut issues. So really, the creamer made here is NOT Clean. In what seems like my forever search for both 100% CLEAN coconut cream & by extension- coffee creamer, I just have to complain about how much ONE 8oz CAN of coconut cream costs at my local Sprouts store... It's over $4.00 each!! This just seems excessively high to me! That's why it's not very sustainable (for me) for making coffee creamer every day for the 3 people in my house. Altho, I really want it to be... And on top of that, finding a brand of coconut milk and/or cream that DOES NOT include guar gum, or ANY other kind of gum, is now getting hard to find!! I'm currently parusing YT to find a clean coffee creamer recipe, with no refined sugar. I'm planning on using Dates, but wasn't sure how many to use. So Thank You for showing how many Dates you're using. That part is helpful. ❤
This creamer is so delicious, I have made it several times since I first found your recipe. I only added two dates today because it is what I have but it is still so delicious.
I’m sure this is very good but I am searching out for a non-dairy creamer that will come out creamy. another words light not dark. I’m guessing they probably don’t make any
@@jen_rivas I just made mine up this evening. I can't wait to try in the morning. What do you do with leftover coconut 🥥 milk? Can you freeze what you don't use? Ty again 💗
