Kylie's look was actually super on theme for the exhibition itself, which is all about the preservation of garments. Her dress has been designed to look like the fabric is wearing thin in those areas and honestly it's more of what I expected to see on the carpet!

The Met Gala used to be a classy, A-list Hollywood event. We now see the ever talented Kardashian family as the epitome of what I assume is now MS Wintour’s iconic family of fashion. Most think of it as Vogue needing whatever celebrity it could possibly entertain in a time when print mags are in a steady, conical drop into obscurity. Bows the time to get tough in the fashion world - it’s honestly Anyone’s game at this point. Kx

The Kylie Minogue dress was supposed to represent how a dress would begin to decompose and mold to your skin in the garden of time as the skin and fabric would begin to mesh together, I personally believe it was an innovative and original concept and fitted the theme incredible well.
