13:14 The thing is, even in Disney canon Darth Maul was captured during the siege of Mandalore. They put him in a special containment box specifically designed to hold force users. It was the last of it's kind the Mandalorians had but you'd think the jedi would have something similar. Even the empire quickly improvised the carbonite freezer to safely transport Luke, who wasn't even fully trained at the time.

This may be the best Acolyte video I've seen, and I've seen quite a few now. You bring some really good points no one else has mentioned. Also you're a great speaker and very easy to listen to, unlike a lot of RU-vidrs. This is one of my fav channels now.

If it were me trying to secure a force using criminal, I’d have them handcuffed, place them in a cell with the laser barrier and nothing loose and moveable in the room, and secure the control to the barrier out of the room with a combination lock that is outside the prisoners view. And have atleast 2-4 Jedi guarding the outside of the cell while you have noise playing inside the cell to break any kind of concentration on force powers. No chances of escape left open short of outside intervention which even then would have to contend with the Jedi guards who would be no rank less than a knight but preferably masters.

“A Jedi doesn’t pull her weapon unless prepared to kill” the Jedi are only supposed to use their sabers to DEFEND theirselves and the unharmed, they don’t strike first, (or their not supposed to their fight styles are mainly defence) I think some things about star wars are not hard to understand at all, but yet if a team of people write a star wars show and admit to not watching/caring about the franchise, it’s easy to fuck it up

Explosions in space make sense, ships have a contained atmosphere. When the ship goes up, its atmosphere explodes.

Thats why equality in outcome instead of requirement standards in areas asuch as The Army, Police, Fire-fighting etc only makes the fractions weaker and the only way they can reach 50/50 quotas is by lowering the requirements resulting in lowering the standards which in turn means, more people will die, both on site and on their jobb.

The opening fight scene with Carrie Anne moss was so ridiculous but watching it sped up just makes it extra silly lmao. This is Star Wars 👍🏾👍🏾

7:00 - Explosions which were quickly snuffed out by the vacuum of space.

I keep on picturing this scene - think of it like a flashback sequence - where Luke steps foot on Coruscant for the first time, him and Leia are standing in the Emperor's throne room at the top of the tower constructed over what was once the Jedi Temple. Luke is searching for clues to lost Jedi tech/texts that Palps kept as trophies or sent away for cataloguing/experiments etc. They both feel the oppressive tension that hangs over the room as they slowly sieve through the Emperor's personal collection. (I love this idea for a scene, and I wish it was used to bring Luke and Leia to this moment, maybe a scene or two, later where they discuss Vader and the mother Leia apparently remembers... I want Luke to go searching for Padme)

I've watched this video twice as much as any new Star Wars content; thus, my brain is not rotten mush.
