It took me long enough to simultaneously figure out basic DaVinci Resolve editing, get the right idea for how to make the video flow, and manage my time and dwindling energy to put it together into a video. Without further ado, and without dwelving into lots of explanation for my absences, here's the proper GTA IV handling mod, with EFLC variants.

Now, the vehicles have proper grip ranges: full throttle peel-outs in most sports cars is slower than being on the very edge of grip, braking distances are much better without relying on an extra mod to add fake grip, and generally every ground vehicle (and boat) is hopefully improved and much more enjoyable to drive. Some of the original vehicle archetypes have been changed, removed or otherwise shuffled around, and overall it is STILL WORK IN PROGRESS, so everything is subject to change depending on feedback.
