Hey gang, I'm back with a modern classic, The Adventurers; Temple of Chac! An Indiana Jones style push your luck game in a temple full of treasure and booby traps!
Apologies for the slow upload, it's been swelteringly hot in England recently, it's been unbearably warm and a recent temp check in the attic read 42 C....there was no way I was going up there. Its cooled again and it's allowed me to film again so yeah, alls good!

It's fun and pretty calming to do, just put some music on, cup of coffee at the side and sit and paint :)

I wonder if you could combine Forbidden Bridge, and this game and its sequel into a massive 3-part adventure game. With Jumanji, Indiana Jones, and Tomb Raider soundtracks playing in the back lol.

Ooh, Iʼm excited! I recently acquired The Temple of Chac but havenʼt yet had the opportunity to play it. Thatʼs a lot like my situation with your review: Iʼve just found it but have yet to watch it! You see, my Internet connection is still too spotty for watching videos - that situation is about to improve with a change of service, thank goodness - and so in the meantime Iʼm just going to have to wait till Monday before I can venture to my local temple of library services to watch this latest DFTA! _Unless…_ maybe thereʼll be enough downtime at work this weekend to squeeze in a viewing - between rounds of Fluxx or what have you with my gaming co‐workers, of course! 😛 Well, one way or another Iʼll be back soon, to collect DFTA treasure! 😃

Weʼve been working hard, and now Iʼve spent some of my earned break time on viewing this episode! Nice presentation of the game-makes me all the more eager to break it out. I like your ideas on further rules for player interaction-for example, maybe certain acts of assisting others could earn points or dice‐roll advantages. Good work on the transition titles (those _are_ all‐new, arenʼt they?), and congratulations on the lovely paint work. All in all, I much appreciate your venturing into that dangerous, heat‐blasted temple above to share another precious relic with the world at large!

Ahhh, you used the transition titles in the HeroQuest episode-I must have been too spellbound by that epic ep to absorb that nugget! 😛

Great review. I have not played it yet, but the components are great and the game seems pretty good. If anyone is interested I have a sealed copy I can sell for 50euros because I bought a secondhand set of both adventures. It is the Spanish/French version but the game has not text. The game is in Spain, posting is expensive these days.
