Angola played a crucial role for the liberation struggle of Namibia, although they had the civil war which began immediately after they became independent from Portugal in November 1975.. The most important battle in the liberation struggle of Namibia was fought by People's Liberation Army of Namibia (PLAN) members alongside the Angolan MPLA (Movimento Popular de Libertação de Angola) and Cuban troops against South Africa and UNITA (União Nacional para a Independência Total de Angola) in Angola. The battle of Cuito Cuanavele took place in August 1985, and after several days of fighting, it ended in a stalemate. This battle was not only part of the Angolan civil war but also of the Cold War itself. UNITA was supported mostly by western powers and their direct ally was South Africa. On the other side, there was the MPLA representing the interests of countries of the Eastern Bloc and directly supported by Cuban soldiers and SWAPO.

The problem of Africa is not that its not getting better because it does i see that in my home country morocco to and lot of African countries like Angola are getting more and more beautiful,the problem is that the gap between rich and poor is still to big, if we can somehow reduce that more African talented people will stay more in Africa and help Africa even more instead of going to Western countries, we should be like Western people when they move to other countries its more for culture or better weather or etc not out of economic reasons, if we would have little bit more a social system in Africa it would put the people in less stressful situations
