Hello. Great information. For years, people followed bad financial advice. Take money out of your home to pay off debts, buy cars, and other liabilities. Mortgage brokers base your salary before taxes to approve you for a loan. Rule of thumb by low, sell high, or rent out. Base buying a home only on one salary, not two, in my opinion.

What do you think income is? Salary is just one part. Dividends are income, capital gains are income... hence why they're included on personal INCOME taxes....

@@mateus8676 a majority of CEO compensation is the n the form of stock. This started in the Clinton administration when they tax caped salary but allowed for unlimited stock to not be taxed by corporations. One of the reasons that CEOs stopped focusing on sustainability and focused solely on the stock value. They were incentivised to do it. That's why I think it's important to make that distinction when discussing the pay packages for CEOs.

@@corywilcox6272 The more you say, the more I realize that you don't have a clue. Stock prices are directly correlated to revenue growth, improved profit margins and business expansion. It's the basics of supply and demand. If more people are buying, the stock rises and vice versa. By design, a failing company's stock will decline, as capital will be pulled. So when you say things moved from sustainability, that is just wrong😂 I don't understand the mindset of people who speak on things they don't understand. In your case I know it stems from hopelessness and a lack of drive but still

If you grew and preserved your own food, made your own clothes, bought gold and silver when it was low priced, and paid off your mortgage you could reduce your exposure to inflation, but you would still have to pay taxes etc… at higher rate unless you lived on an island that no one knew about.

The difference between ppl who is doing well financially and ppl who is not doing so well is this. They know the game and understand the game. Instead of sitting here complaining about how system is rigged how greed and unfair it is, learn as much as you can and apply those to your life. Don't work against the system work with the system to your advantage if not nothing will change. You can build your wealth effortlessly and efficiently if you understand this. Because no matter what you do you can't escape the reality unless you truly goes off the grid live in the mountain. You are also benefit from system like education, health care, infrastructure and there is countries out there provide non above benefits to average person no access to education, health care, clean water, internet, infrastructure etc. So this is all perception. If you ever been to different parts of the world. Actually you don't even have to go too far, you can watch other parts of the world. Right from your phone. My point is faster you understand this your life will be better than most of ppl out there. I know plenty of ppl stuck in there mindset until they cross the bridge Wealth is mindset is not about how much 0000 in your bank account.

Both parties have run enormous deficits. It can only continue so long. We are seeing massive inflation as a result of all the money printing by both parties. We have to balance the budget. It can be done, but it won't be easy. Democrats have to accept trimming back social welfare programs. Republicans have to accept some tax increases on the rich and raising corporate taxes. The Supreme Court has to reverse the decision of declaring corporations a legal "person" with the right to contribute unlimited millions to members of the legislature. As things are now, corporations and the ultra rich own the legislature.

Honestly people just need to get financially educated. Taking money from the rich and giving it to the poor doesn't work because the poor will end up spending that money at the businesses of rich people. Until the poor learn how capitalism works, they will never be better off

@@mateus8676 when the top one percent home most of the wealth it doesn't matter how financially educated you are they control and suppress the public. You are forced in most cases to buy from them or go without. Look at Walmart and all of the small financially educated people they put out of business. It's a dog eat dog world the more money the general public has the better even for the rich. Everyone's happier when we all get fair shares of the pie
