I have gotten the Ncamp stove and the Ncamp coffee maker both from Bespoke post. Both of them are perfect for my camping gear. I like that they are compact and I can easily take them when I am hiking or even take them when I am kayaking. I think these are both great pieces of gear.
That stove is way nice! I could use one of that type, but I also have an interest in some sort of stove you can add propane or different flammable fuel with it. We are allowed flame outdoors here but have to take some common sense precaution, because of all the wooded areas surrounding the city
A Kaybabe, You can get/buy adapters to use propane (green Coleman type bottle) with the ISO butane burner and adapter to use the butane canister with the ISO butane burner.
Very very interesting! I'm newer so only have the silverfire biomass stoves. I will have to learn about other fuel sources. Storage is my concern..apt..fuels etc. But..have to say..I may be crazy but LOVE the yummy outdoor breakfast! Char and all! And have to make the break and try the thing called spam hahaha!
For the most part the Iso Butane canisters are very safe, I have stored them for years in all conditions and they never gave me any problems. The one like you saw in this video is about 2 years old and has lived in my hot garage most of those years. The 1 lb bottles of propane can leak but its rare, but the iso-butane ones are pretty safe.
I really like the concept of this but it's a little to big for my use. I motorcycle camp and I'm always on the lookout for something small and useful. Good job on the review though.
yup, not sure where you live but out here there are many times where fire danger is so high that they wont even let you use a contained wood burning stove, so this gives me the option of using gas.
@@Iridium242 I am located in New Brunswick Canada. So weather can turn hot and dry in summer months. So like you said that stove can come in handy for sure!
haha I am at the point now where I Keep the ones I like and sell off the old ones, A friend of mine just left my house with the older version I showed in this video. I Kept the new gas powered one. Its like that with tents, sleeping bags, backpacks and the like.. older stuff gets sold off now lol
By the way what does this knife you sent me say on it on the little metal circle, Is it the brand? I can’t seem to read it even in good lighting I thought it says Best Cutlery but isn’t that a kitchen knives brand? Maybe not?
Now I dont remember what knife I sent you, I think it was that small folding one right? If so that says Old Timer, its a line of older style knives from Schrade.
Iridium242 yes it was small folding pocket knife with black on it and indented uneven lines on the black part. As if they were trying to make it look like branches sort of, maybe?
@@AKayfabe Yup, that is the "Old Timer" I actually found that knife in really beat up shape in a parking lot here, cleaned it up, sharpened it up and used it for a while for basic tasks like opening boxes and such, but I have SO many knives that i stopped using it, figured it would be perfect for that giveaway!
