Wowie, it's the theme song I wrote for that show I'm directing! Be sure to keep your eyes on the @GLITCH channel on October 13th for the premiere of The Amazing Digital Circus! Animation by @TemmerTunes Lighting/rendering by @DitzyFlama
I must have looked like the craziest person in the world rolling through town in my 86 C4 Corvette, top off, mullet flowing through the wind with this on full volume when this first came out
It would hurt to see, but I can almost see Pomni going completely insane by the end of the series. Based on her increasingly unstable body language shown here.
The variation of this song that played at the end of the episode gave me goosebumps. The way it starts as a jack-in-the-box esque jingle before growing into this grand piece that conveyed the hopelessness of the main character's situation as everyone treats it as normal really sold it for me.
@@your.mom.dot.com. I felt so sorry for Pomni there Suddenly pops up in a place with strange beings, it's immediately told that she cannot and will _not_ leave, doesn't recall her real name, has to face an Abstract, the only "exit" she finds is an almost endless backrooms looking maze that leads into the void and realizes that this is not a dream and she's stuck there for who knows how many time. Her hopelessness is almost tangible, with the song basically mocking her situation, sounding all mighty and majestic like it's saying "better feel at home, because you're never leaving. Welcome!" It makes you feel hopeless with her you know? It's tragic that she's losing it and everyone takes it as normal. I think i see why people loved this
@@sunnyyy1437 I bet everybody else had to deal with what Pomni is going through when they first arrived, but after a year or two they just learned to live with it. Jax is an asshole a lot of the time cause he doesn’t really care anymore and knows that what he does doesn’t really hurt anyone too severely cause they don’t really deal with pain as seen from Ragetha just pulling a cleaver out of her head. And Zooble just ran out of fucks to give in the first place and doesn’t give a shit anymore.
Makes sense, after seeing the pilot now. They said that Caine does these "adventures" to prevent everyone from going insane, basically putting a "cheerful" coating over a tragedy. And this song it's literally that. In the brink of breaking down, but still keeps rocking with a smile. After all there is a not so gleeful fate in store for those who lose their minds. It's like the song is saying: "I know you're confused and scared, but i promise that you will have a great time here! I promise! Please stop crying..." You can also see that in Pomni in the screen. As the song keeps going, she progressively loses it, ending up in fetal position in the end of the song. While the song tries it's best to sound gleeful and happy going.
I love the twist with Pomni in this video. At first it's just random idle animations that play periodically which you'd expect to just loop forever and that be that, but then around 1:30 she's randomly driven insane by the music and curls up in the fetal position lmao. Cannot wait for this show!
I love how the more the song plays, the more Pommni just starts to lose it, shows really well how she’s gonna act through the show Edit: Yes I know it’s Pomni and I apologize for being stupid
he doesn't, he was making a guess in the form of a statement, but it does seem obvious, and while this was posted before the pilot aired, it DEFINITELY seems like it's going to go that way.
This song feels like it is from circus and I heard it before like, when I was kid. But this show just came out and I have no idea what is wrong with me.
Yes, Goose! Well done! Love that you can tell that this song was made to be cartoony, but also is nostalgic as well! I would go insane listening to it over and over as well!
The pilot’s only been out for 3 days and this show is both my new hyperfixation and my comfort show. God I hope they get enough funding to make a full series.
I can easily not go insane but after a while I got more and more annoyed until I couldn't handle it. How long? 1 hour and 34 minutes (I think) I love this music still.
I’m so glad Glitch is providing a platform for stories like these. And from what I’ve seen, this series is going to be such a ride! It’s a helluva time for Indie Animation!
hi, i like this show very much 😀 the music, the characters, the animation quality, the story, the amazing voice actors and the humor are on point, i wanna thank you and every one who is doing such a good work to give us such a good entertaining show 😄
The fact that this is both upbeat and terrifying makes it a wonderful work of art. I legitimately don’t think I can wait until this show gets funded. I’m going to die in the interim. Also Pomni slowly losing her mind as the music plays was a genius touch.
The fact that this show isn't just gonna get blessed with your godly writing but also with your godly music making skills makes me simply ecstatic, this deserves a standing ovation!

As a HUGE fan of Popee the Performer, I can tell this series is going to be amazing. This theme is so bouncy and fun, yet has that disturbing undertone to it. Absolutely perfect, nice job Gooseworx.
I feel they will step up different companies may make their own animation studios compared to the TV show studios that do it and they may blow up into something huge :)
I really like the dissonance between the cheerful circus-sounding theme song and Pomni's terror and confusion. It really sets the mood of "colorful and fun but disturbing underneath" very well. I'm so excited. ^^ I feel bad for Pomni and the other trapped characters though.
Gooseworx never disappoints with her music, animation and art, definitely one of the more underrated artists on RU-vid. Edit: Ok, I take back everything I said about her being underrated. The pilot now has almost freaking 80 million views in less than a month, that is not worthy of the title underrated. Plus goosewrox’s channel is closing in at almost a million subs. So, yay gooseworx more famous than ever now.
@@PotatoPatatoVonSpudsworth while she's doing her own animated show, she's still pretty underrated compared to others. Gooseworx deserves a lot more attention
I love that behind the fun brass, there’s something of an augural or just ominous choir there. It’s beautiful, and it related to how the show is supposed to be all fun on the surface, but then you dig a bit and get darker stuff. I really like that
I think it's also a callback to the kind of cheap midi soundfonts these kinds of old CD rom games would use. The whole asthetic is very much like an uncanny version of those old CD games.
It’s…. Not that deep bruh, not saying they might not have put secret meaning in music but, it’s not that deep fam and cheese didn’t need the holy scripture
Homie I can understand that a synth with a shit ton of reverb could sound spooky but those harmonies are so incredibly major that I don't understand how it's ominous.
My goodness! This music here is as delightful as the 90’s PC game aesthetic is hauntingly nostalgic! I’m really looking forward to watching this series! It’s looking amazing so far!
yup, if u got to 0:20 of the official "Overworld Theme" for super mario world, its pretty much that part. Its amazing actually. First Gooseworx makes Lil Runmo and than this, might be a big Mario fan.
You captured the visual style you were going for of a 90s computer game perfectly, and the music is even better- you’re my favorite artist so I’m not surprised I love it but this is such a banger
I really love the feeling of this show. I feel like a kid again. everything is so silly and wacky, but with a pinch of insanity hidden at the bottom of the box. so much mysteries. and the characters are so well made too. i'm excited to see more.
This show really does capture an old school sense of whimsy with still some darker and foreboding undertones. If I had one criticism, i do feel maybe they played their full decks a little too soon, introducing the horror aspects earlier. But that’s just me, perhaps this serious will surprise me yet.
I so, so, so love the contrast between Digital Circus' and Murder Drones' mascots. The Murder Drones' main theme had V looking all badass and menacing while the theme plays. Digital Circus has Pomni look confused and nervous about everything, I love it!
This song is so upbeat and funky in a goofy (but good) way. I can’t stop watching Pomni just sit there- idle animation and all. The end is great, Pomni just curling up into a fetal position lol.
