The other complication that may arise is salaries. Some women come to ministry with MA’s or PHD’s in their discipline which lends to qualifying them for a substantial amount.
It seems that Mike Law’s time would have been better spent attempting to reach the unsaved in his area rather than the time it took to make this list. However, since he did spend the time seeing what churches had ordained women as pastors, he should also check to see if all men serving as pastor are Biblically qualified. Is each male pastor blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, hospitable, not greedy? Does each have control of his own family as specified in I Timothy 3:2-3? According to Paul, many men who are serving as pastor are not qualified. Will your next project be to determine which churches employ men as pastors who are not qualified and write an amendment to oust their churches from the SBC.? And then possibly move on to the deacons and their wives. Do these men meet the qualifications that Paul listed, and are their wives faithful in all things?
