Considering the potential longer term curve, why not wait a few more years to offset carrying costs (cost of money, insurance, storage, etc.)? I recognize carrying costs may be less than appreciation over next few years, but isn’t it a bit too early>

Just FYI, we are all car enthusiasts, but at the end of the day why would you turn away from a great investment potential. The key is never marry your car. Don’t get emotionally attached to them unless you are talking about collecting car category, like Ferrari monza

I don't believe in this car. Nothing exceptional, like a SLS Lite (kind a phone market reference). Of course top variations will hold their value much better but still. Maybe if you can store it like SRLs, for decade. Question is if it will be 50-100k for 10 year of storing or 1mln. (lol, i wrote it before you mentioned SLR )

AMG GT BS has nothing to do with the SLS black series. It looks like a Christmas tree inside. Pedal throttle response is much worse than the porsche brother..AMG had a chance to do something epic since the SLS, but they just went in the wrong direction
