The only band I know that can perform such a depressing song in such a beautiful way that it puts hope into everyone that may listen to it

You know it wasn't until Chester Bennington took his life that I looked back and realized that most of LP's songs came from depression. Enjoyed everything they ever put out being totally oblivious to the possibility of the music ever being a cry for help. I pray things don't play out similarly with TAA cause im totally balls deep into the music. Rock on every one

Amity will always hold a special place in my heart. They have saved my life more than once and they never ever disappoint with their music. This is yet another amazing song. The heart and emotion Joel puts into his scream gives me goosebumps every time

What I love most about TAA is that you can feel what Joel is feeling through his lyrics and vocals. It takes an incredible amount of bravery to share your deepest inner self to the world. I’ve always admired Joel for that. Connecting with TAA’s music has helped me through some very dark times. For those of you who who are struggling, please always remember that the world is better with you in it. I like to think back to the end of I Heart HC: “there are people listen and people who care. And I know this my friend because I too have been there.”

No other band gets how I feel like Amity. Depression is hard to put into words, but they get it.

Oh my fucking God. My mood these last few years. I just cried listening to it because I am feeling this way. It fucking hurts. I love this band.

Pure, raw emotion. I know amity has been brutally transparent and honest about their mental health stories, as well as others, but the emotional delivery in these new songs hit harder than any previous material the band has produced

Seriously Joel and Ahren and Amity as a whole. You seriously are playing a fucking soundtrack to my deepest emotions and feeling. I will be struggling and thinking about all the shit I'm going through, then at that same time you come out with a bad ass song that expresses exactly what I'm experiencing, thinking and feeling.

It's really incredible that all of your fans and every that listen to your songs just finds out in them every of their feelings, feelings that every of us are scared to share with anybody because after bullying, non-acceptance in their circles between peers we are afraid to open our hearts. The reason of this fear is that when we open up and try to share our feelings we just share very intimate part of ourselves... You guys just do it for us, you are share our feelings with the others which don't understand our voices, our feelings and somehow you do it perfectly. In every of your songs you show one part of the our nature, unfortunatley not always that good one (most of them are dark like the night) like for exaple the fight with the heavy depression... Your songs were a main topic of my poetry matura exam (I'm from Poland) few years ago and my professors cried during my presentation and gave me the highest notes. TAA - you've guys did a perfect job because you've raised a group of very sensitive and great people that are connected by your songs. Thanks for that! I wish I could still be a fan of amity, one of my first all time favorite bands as a teenager, but unfortunately as catchy as the music they release I am no longer the young depressed person as I once was. and I feel like when I do listen to these sort of songs it pulls me back into a place that I have just got out of.. I wish Joel finds his peace!

I'm completely alone and have no family, and some days I think about ending it all until I hear things like this that make me feel not alone. Thank you for making me feel heard. I think depression make an important part of my life,also happiness,sadness,excitation...but the deepest part of me is make of depression,loneliness and pain. No matters the goals you achieve we are make of chaos and this darkness make at the same time so bright the light...is not easy to explain but it is. Sometimes I need to lose myself to find me. I will hold the hand of those suffering in this moment. Scream and scream and scream so loud to make sky explodes

Really hits home with just wanting to give up chasing that ghost. At times it seems more than you can handle and just need to let go of things that you hang on to. But the other side of your brain says your not going to have closure without it. My weakness is stubbornness and not able to let go of issues or questions tormenting me.
