Not that anyone cares or that TAA will ever read this, but this band helped me through the worst time in my life. TAA was my best friend of 15 years (practically my brother) favorite band and I never really gave them a shot. One night, he went out for a ride on his motorcycle and the next time I saw him I was saying my final goodbyes. I was absolutely devastated to say the least. No parent should bury their 23 year old son, no friend should be saying goodbye so soon. A week after he passed, Misery was released and popped up in my Spotify, I’d figure I’d give it a listen just for my brothers sake since he wasn’t here to hear it. I fell in love with it, it was on repeat from start to finish for months and it helped get me through the worst experience I’ve ever had. To this day this band has remained one of my favorites and I’m so stoked for the new album. So, for what it’s worth, I thank you, Amity, for making music that helps people survive whatever it may be that’s beating them down.

I am so sorry for your loss my dude. Ik how hard things can be losing someone who's like family to you. Its going onto 6 years since I lost my best friend. She was honestly the older sister I always wished I had and losing her was one of the hardest things I had to go through. 2 weeks after her passing, Amity released their song 'Pittsburgh' and every lyric, every syllable felt exactly what I was going through and tbh, it was exactly what I needed to find some solace. Dealing with something heavy like loss breaks a person and sometimes, what you need isn't a grief counselor, but understanding, empathy and the realization that you're not alone in this, which is really what The Amity Affliction is all about. Stay strong my dude and remember, you're never alone in this

Been a fan of them since glory days, amazing music they’ve saved my life and helped my battle with depression and anxiety more bearable. So excited for the new album seen amity 3 times and they’ve been the best concerts I’ve ever been to, they have saved my life. I got on stage and staged dived in Dublin flew from Newcastle to go see them that’s how dedicated I am.

EDIT : Just heard the leak Ummm so initially the intro coffin get you fucking hyped! then All my friends and bleach play then the rest well? honestly i can see how they would be catchy to some but fucking hell these are like the throwaways from misery i have only one listen through the album and all the singles are the better songs on here apart from coffin ill keep it on throughout the day and see if it grows on me. If not i got tons of amity to appreciate and im just glad to have more music from them.
