I appreciate your content man im 13 and ive been diagnosed with depression. Im receiving treatment in a psychiatric intensive care unit right now and I find your content super helpful. I've gives me more perspective on things I struggle with and makes me feel less alone in battling mental illness and difficult times that you endure when doing this

I’m trying to keep things realistic; meeting that balance between accepting limitations but still striving for things worth having. I really struggle with that also. Its more fustration with my life and it just ends up me either throwing stuff out or being very short fuse eith everyone. More so since i lost job etc
I get that, especially after losing your job, that’s a hard circumstance however you look at it. What could you do/have you done in the past to redirect that anger?
