20:29 plot to Kingdom Hearts Spoilers: There once was a man that was hard-core into DARKNESS. This man was a very curious soul who longed to see an ancient world/power known as Kingdon Hearts. In order to see it he required 13 pure vessels of DARKNESS and 7 of LIGHT and he ultimately achieved his dream through a convoluted series of events incorporating time travel, possessions, split personalities and more which led to himself and 12 copies fighting 7-ish keyblade weilders(mainly a kid named Sora). He stopped just short of his goal after a short talk with his friend. Thus ends the first saga of Kingdom Hearts
Explain the plot to Kingdom Hearts? You go to different Disney locations and fight monsters with Disney characters, all while looking for a lost friend as you do. That’s about it. That’s not just for the first entry that’s pretty the entire point of the entire franchise. The main character’s driving motive throughout the ENTIRE series is that he’s looking for a lost friend. The only thing that changes is that he’s looking for a different friend in each game.

Dude, Trash Taste is a great fucking podcast. The three hosts have great chemistry, hace great stories to tell, and are all awesome on their own, too. The Anime Man, one of the people in this video, is also one of the hosts.
Funny thing about quintuplets, there's actually a mystery aspect to it. See the MC will actually marry one of the girls in the end, cause he met one of them when they were kids and fell in love with her, but back then they all looked exactly the same, so he has no clue which was which. As the show progresses he just intereacts with each girl, finds out more about them, while also uncovering more of the mystery of who's the girl he fell in love with. It's also nice cause each girl is interesting in their own, and all of them start having feelings for the MC, so you can't help but root for all of them to get him even though you know only one will actually succeed. Okay look, I know it's nothing super dramatic or action packed like you guys like it, but it's a nice series okay?
Is this on Netflix? I'm trying to find some.anime but it'd proving hard to find ones that are on flix and not on stuff like crunchyroll which I don't have
The anime beard dude was talking about is Midori Days and it was hilarious! So Nate hates Tsundere and Kuudere. Kuudere being the 'emotionless bints', the ones who like you but have difficulty expressing their emotions and thusly come across as cold and distant.
Would highly recommend the Trash Taste podcast. Watching their highlights channel would be great for you guys. They have some of the most HEATED arguments and also some of the WORST takes when it comes to anime, lifestyle, and food especially. I think you guys would have some great insight or counter arguments to what they argue about.
Just to clarify the Sword Art Online thing. It's not that they thought they were cousins, they thought they were siblings. It wasn't until after he woke up that they found out they weren't and were instead actually cousins. She also didn't fall for him directly, but she fell for somebody in a video game and didn't actually know it was him until later on.
And sadly you can't just throw away your feelings for someone like nothing ever happened. Her still having feelings of some kind of kirito makes sense in the fact that feelings are complicated as fuck and you can't really stop feelings just cause something unexpected happen.
From what I have heard, Miura's assistants actually finished Berserk. I think he prepared notes on the series finale. I never got into it (might watch the original anime in the future, definitely not the CGI dumpster fire) but still, RIP Kentaro Miura
No. They haven't finished it. The assistants haven't said anything on whether or not they will finish the manga or not. Finishing the greatest creation in human history, it's a massive burden to carry. All we can do now is give them time to grieve and respect whatever decision they make.
@@JustSomeGuywithEpicGrasses I didn't know that. I was sure that I heard it somewhere but maybe those were just rumors. Anyway, thank you for correcting me
Watching your reaction on Fruits Basket would be really interesting now that I think about it. It starts off as pretty childish and typical shoujo romance but makes some very severe shifts in tone and is some of the most deceivingly dark shows I've seen. As much as I loved watching them clown on Emily I agree that it's S tier lol
I’m glad to see you reacting to this, mainly due to not that many people watching this one but yeah I’m happy, also yeah I will agree Clannad is great.
Thanks for reacting to this guys! Yeah I wanted to harp on Daidus too throughout this video lol. Also, as much as I love this video too, my biggest complaint about the tier list in general, was that I felt it was too limiting since most of the anime featured was from the 2000s onward and it was limited to 'modern' genre. For me an Ultimate Romance Genre would have anime prior to the 2000s and include other settings. That's just me though.
8:56 Yeah, man. Trash Taste Podcast is excellent and so are the specials (when they have one), I recommend giving it a shot IF you feel like it. Heck, since you know and love Garnt (Gigguk)...the other hosts of the TT podcast aka his friends, Joey (Anime Man) and Connor (CDawgVA), are fun to watch, so is Garnt's Fiancee, Sydney aka SydSnap and many more awesome folk Garnt is friends with.
I just wanna leave a comment and day I love watching your videos, whenever I wake up in the morning or I'm feeling down that's what I do >~< I especially love your anime and gaming commentary. Keep up the good work 💕💕
No clue if you guys plan to watch the extended version of this video or the Childhood Crushes 1 with Daidus and Erold Story but as some needed defense for Daidus, I'm pretty sure he placed both School Days and Oreimo in S tier because he loves how ridiculous they are and how cursed their repuatations have become thanls to their endings respectively. Also loving these Emirichu crossover reactions so far. Hope you dudes are enjoying them
I would never try and defend Kingdom Hearts as simple, but I also wouldn’t call it complex, there’s just a LOT of it to go through and a LOT you need to remember.
2:46 Yo Highschool DxD was my first Harem anime and unlike other harem animes DxD actually develops not only three wifus but also the other characters and actually give them interesting backstory and personalities that aren't just their measurements
I wanna recommend you Sora no Otoshimono (Heaven's lost property) It is one of the funniest anime I've seen and the main character is one of the top pervy guys!
Fun fact a gold fish has a longer attention span hen humans, the average human attention span is 8secs while a gold fish has a 9sec attention spawn. A human's use to be 12secs but it dropped in 2000
I think I can explain Kingdom Hearts without having to go paragraphs long. Now I’m not saying they are perfect games and I’m not one of those crazies Nate portrayed. So here is how best to explain it Master Xehanort wants ultimate knowledge by opening Kingdom Hearts, but to do that he has to have the X Blade by gathering the 13 vessels of darkness in the form of Organization XIII and the 7 Vessels of Light with the Princesses. Meanwhile 7 people of light work to stop him from obtaining this goal consisting of Sora, Riku, Mickey, Aqua, Ventus, and the third guy from Birth By Sleep and the 7th who I don’t know who it is as I haven’t played Kingdom Hearts 3 yet. This is a short sweet and to the point explanation, but like I said previously I do not mean to come across like some crazy fan boy as I have only casually played the games and don’t know how it ends yet. In addition some anime films I have seen and didn’t like include: Mirai, Only Yesterday, Ponyo, Tales From Earthsea, and A Silent Voice.
Have you seen "The World God Only Knows"? It's famously known as the last greatest harem series of all time. The World God Only Knows defied all harem tropes and set the standard so high that all harem animes that follow after it become lackluster compare to it. The anime also has the best opening songs I have heard. The full song of the opening of the first song is 8 minutes long while the 3rd season opening has a total of 12 minutes.

It may not be Emirichu, but I would suggest checking out the anime opening tier list with Joey the Anime Man and Pewdiepie. It's funny and at some points with openings they talk about, its like a trip down memory lane.
I recommend you to watch Hello World! and I Want to Eat your Pancreas those two are my no 1 and 2 fav anime movie of all time even above Your Name and A Silent Voice.
Just saying “Garden of words” sounds like a Dream Theatre album title. Edit: Speaking of Dream Theatre, the intro to “Metropolis Part 1” sounds like an intro to an anime.
Yess watch Overlord. It's dark later, animation could use work but it's great. New season coming out too. Your Name is great Also, have you seen Stupendium song? Toradora opening song is still stuck in my head
I’d say Konosuba is peak of that DxD type of anime comedy. The anime you were thinking of is Mushoku Tensei, which the whole studio was started to just make that series
I AM A HUGE KINGDOM HEARTS FAN...12 YEARS. And yet when someone ask me the plot. I either say. Light vs. Darkness, Anime, Disney Or I bring out my Ultimania Or I tell them to sit down with me and 3 days later I explained it. That game has a very complicated plot. To which I was confused when I first play 358/2 days. So yeah you have a point there. And yet that dude is a mastermind.
One guy:kingdom hearts is simple. Me: * virtually melting my brain trying to speed run explain the cannonicity of final fantasy existing in the same world *
You guys should react to beatboxing it's honestly really interesting and cool the kinda things people do with it. If you start reacting to beatboxing i would recommend D-low grand beatbox battle 2019.
The part where you said that a lot of fans would lose their shit over someone saying one bad thing they love you just described most of One Piece fanbase but still a good show
If you are planning on reacting to trash taste, I recommend watching "Garnt's WORST Fan Interaction" in their highlights channel. Also recommend their chaotic hentai and food debates.
The plot of kingdom hearts anime key-sword boi takes on dark forces with the power of friendship and disney money (and final fantasy, but only sometimes _cough_ )
We never learn "Boku tachi wa benkyou wa ga denkai" might be my favorite manga, and in my opinion it has a better ending then the Quintessential Quintuplets
In my country there's a book that is studied in highscool written by a very famous writter from 150 years ago that the hole main plot is about a family where a brother and a sister are separated at birth and start dating without knowing they are brothers. Incest is something very used in media for centuries to create extreme drama. I've never seen Oreimo, but it must be kinda the same. And incest was very normal until recent years, and is still legal in some places in the world. It is weird for us now in this society but is not something that weird for humans to do, and every other animal in the animal kingdom does it. Still bad and illegal to do.
Hey, have you guys seen any videos from Max0r? He has really hilarious video game videos. I especially love his Bloodborne and Yakuza videos, they are really good!
Btw, no game no life is an amazing show xD. Just ignore the incest stuff. But, I'm also pretty sure that they only grew up lile that, the dude sheltered the smaller girl or smth similar. But my problem is actually the age, since she's supposed to be an insanely smart little girl, japan thought it was perfect to setup like a loli situation. They do it so much, I've learned to just ignore it. They also did it in my first show I ever watched, outside of pokemon and naruto. It's called toaru majutso no index (a certain magical index). It's pretty good, but also weird.
