I remember going nuts when I walked into the mausoleum with their names above the tombs. I was the only one in our group of friends that played it, my enthusiasm was totally lost on them.
23:51 You mean ENTIRELY responsible. Mobius can see the future, remember. He knew what would happen to Malek and very deliberately didn't tell Mortanius
Just found your channel. I played the first blood omen when it first came out, Soul Reaver 1 and 2, Blood Omen 2, and Defiance. Been a huge fan of the whole series for many years. Liked, subbed, and going through your back library to watch the great content you have. Keep it up, I love watching vids by people on LoK! You sound like David Attenborough doing a nature documentary..... badassery!
Oh man, finally you arrived, now I can get my LoK fix, LOL. Thank you for still making content! Jeez, to live as a human in Nosgoth must be a terrible existence. FIRST!!!
Am i the only weirdo in here, who would want to see full blown war between Sarafan Order at their height and Kain's Empire at theirs? Just to see which one was more powerful
Amazing analysis on the Order, some of these high-ranking lords were truly amongst the most infamous killers of their time. Despicable acts of violence were committed against the Vampire race. Vae Victis!
Considering that the canceld Lok game Dead Sun had Vampire hunters as common enemey types i wonder if those hunters also would have taken inspiration from the Sarafan since they where warriors hunting the Vampires before the blacking of the sun in that games storyline. If we get a new Lok game now that the franschice is owned by the Embracer Group maybe the Sarafan order will return as enemey types yet again, i can defentley see Sarafan troops serving to function as enanlers of the power fantasy that comes to playing as a Vampire just making the player feel like a badass as you cut through hordes of Sarafan
Ya know, now that I think of it. It kinda feels like we're living in post kain empire nosgoth. thats just because civilization AS WE KNOW IT is either going to decline, or collapse. not the end of days, nowhere near it, but a big change is on the way.
Interesting thing about civilizations that collapses is that it is basically end of days for people who are living at that time. Imagine how it was for the romans when their empire fell apart. Today we have nukes, which can definitely result in the end of the world.
I wonder was janos the only ancient vampire to turn humans into vampires, I assume he wasn't the only one, he was probably just the one that invented the method.
It takes time and effort to make vampires, Vorador was then the next one who passed the dark gift to humans once he matured enough. Not sure if Janos was involved afterwards.
