I like the simple but the price is way out there when you can get a bruin 370 with everything you need for 170 bucks. I doubt they cost in manufacturing is much different
If you shoot it 45 degrees disregarding air resistance the arrow can reach up to about 1.6km If you add in Air resistance 1.4km would be more realistic.
I never understood the TD versions being the upgraded bows. They only shoot 400FPS. I would much rather keep my Bulldog 440 that can’t be adjusted because it’s a beast and it’s still one of the fastest most powerful bows out in the market. I got the BD 440 in early 2019 and it is still one of the most powerful bow. Yes. It doesn’t break down easily and I don’t really care to do that since I’m not going to bring it into the field in 2 pieces. You’ll have to put it together for you to shoot it so what’s the point of the TD? Just my HO! Lol
@@FISHUNTREECOUNTRY Taken deer? Distance? Congratulations You need to take a 50 arrows every day to get accurate. However, after 40 arrows you need to replace string. After replacement you need again to practice. I have written to Excalibur. Bad product. After selling they forgotten you.
@@srdjanbabic5714 30 yds for deer 20 for turkey. Arrow is shooting 288 fps though is advertised at 305 fps. My bow is only 175 lb pull and has long limbs, so the string is still in mint condition despite being used every year and strung since 2009. The older Excaliburs are very reliable/accurate and that is what the company grew it's name on. I can sit on the ground with the bow rested on my knee, and put 5 bolts in an apple at 50 yds...... though they are flying pretty slow. If you find an Ibex or Pheonix in good condition, buy it.
My Excalibur crosbow is a fucking garbage the string deteriorated quickly i had to spend money fixing It . Now the part where the string is hooked to the bow has broken with which i will spend more money fixing It . It is outrageous this Crossbow is NOTHING RELIABLE
@@terreljdixon I am shooting with the "diablo" arrows, which are those made expressly for this matrix model. The crossbow has worked very well for sometime, but now it doesn't make good groups I don't know why.
