Crush your arms with this upper body focused kettlebell workout! While the kettlebell is an amazing tool for building lower body strength, sometimes you just want to get an arm day in, you know?
Complete 3-4 rounds of 8-12 reps:
1) Curl & Press
2) Halo (Alternating)
3) Coiled Double Row
4) Bottoms Up Hold (30s hold)
5) Tricep Push Up

Looks like a great workout. What size kettlebells are you using here? Do you recommend buying on large kettlebell and then a pair like the one shown in the video if you are just getting started using this type of equipment. I do strength training with dumbbells.

I am using 12kg (26 lbs) kettlebells in this workout. For women I'd recommend starting with 2x6kg or 2x8kg and men I'd recommend starting with 2x12kg or 2x16kg, depending on your strength and fitness level. It's always nice to have a heavier bell as well, but not necessary if you have a pair because you can use them together for an increased load.
