The fact in 6 hours he was able to provide not a single specific example of his alleged abuse and grooming is so, so telling. Idk who he thinks he’s fooling.
I had a bad feeling about this guy but I didn’t want to write off his experiences… his demeanor telling these stories was just so off. He was downright gleeful about it all. Not that every victim has to be upset and downtrodden, but it just came across so creepy and off. Also he would literally contradict himself constantly sometimes even in the very next sentence! As if he was coming up with stuff on the fly. The downfall of compulsive liars really is being on camera. It’s easier to gaslight people when they aren’t able to rewind and listen again.
This is why I’m so angry about Johnny. I use humor to cope with my trauma so I smile a lot if I’m talking about traumatic things. I also have a dissociative disorder that f*cks with my memory. So my “truth” can sometimes appear to change. And if people can’t tell cases like Johnny apart from cases like mine, it can delegitimize my experiences. Ugh!!!
A lot of people had but for me it was difficult to keep quiet about how I felt. I was so livid he was being defended and got apologies that Adam, Becky, Oliver and more should have gotten. Plus he kept telling on himself😂
This is how I felt! I watched his video and at first I didn’t follow his page for a long time because something didn’t feel right. Of course when I finally did follow his page this whole thing dropped shortly afterwards so I immediately unfollowed. Should have just listened to my gut lol.

Looking back at how Becky subtly made Johnny look like an a** on the H3 interview makes me smile. She told her story as it happened and didn’t feel the need to exaggerate or lie… and she’s barely an adult like Johnny himself.
agreed, he blatantly tried to take other victim’s stories and twist them into something different on the pod. When Becky was talking about how Colleen would encourage fans to wear revealing outfits to her shows and Colleen made it clear this would make them more likely to be called up on stage for the “porn” segment. Becky talked about how she would bring outfit ideas to Colleen for her to approve when she saw her at meet and greets Then Johnny immediately swooped in and cut Becky off saying “so Becky was COERCED into wearing a revealing outfit” and Becky stood her ground and shut him down saying “no I wasn’t coerced, Colleen just made it known that fans would be picked to go on stage if they dressed a certain way so I wanted to dress that way to get her attention because I loved her”. Like… Colleen encouraging her underage fans to dress in revealing outfits so they would be picked for a “porn” skit in her show is gross enough. That in and of itself is disgusting and inappropriate - Johnny didn’t need to dramatize the situation and put words in Becky’s mouth when she was trying to talk about her own experience.
I laughed when Johnny pointed out about how Swoop promoted her merch. Uh. Duh, Johnny! It’s her channel. Her video. Her hard work. If she wants to add a brief clip promoting her merch, she can! She deserves the recognition & even the pay for her work. Especially since RU-vid can be very sensitive with monetization. He had no problem with it in her other episodes! That’s how RU-vid works unfortunately, no matter how serious the video is, they have to make reference to how they actually earn revenue. Swoop’s also very respectful with tone changes and prefaces her merch segment with stating that tone change will occur. If the tone change is upsetting you can just skip her segment and come back to it later. If you want RU-vid monetization you have to make some vile unhinged content.
I just find it so crazy that John complained about having to work a bartender job because Joshua didn't "uphold his promise to employ him" but shamed Joshua for working at an auto show whilst he was dating Colleen

He always sounded like such a whiney angsty teen, while the victims that were very recently teens sound eloquent, kind, and came with receipts. I’d love to see Johnny even attempt to show where Swoop was lying and have the evidence to back it up. This isn’t character assassination, this is Swoop shedding light on someone who manipulated all of us as well as her and her team, spread serious accusations about Josh but refused to back it up, disrespected and disregarded multiple victims and their wishes to remain anonymous and/or did not want Johnny speaking for them, AND disrespected Swoop along with thousands of other DV survivors by saying Josh waited too long to speak up and stayed in the relationship for too long- implying that there is a time limit on when you can come out about your abuse and disregard the fact that leaving toxic relationships can be extremely difficult. Among the many other things that Swoop covered in her latest video…and so much of it is right in our faces and very difficult to deny.

It's funny how he feels oh so betrayed and disgusted by swoop when he was the one that told her to her face (a domestic violence survivor) during their infamous 6 HOUR INTERVIEW that another victim of DV "fucked around and found out". My partner and i had to pause swoops video numerous times to yell at the TV and talk through wtf was happening. Im glad i watched it with him because my god its a lot to go through in a span of 4 hours. What he said to Swoop about SA/DV victims and his story being more important will probably make me angry for a long time, ngl. I feel so so horrible for you and Becky, Oliver, Ella, Alix, Swoop and Joshua, and everyone else Johnny has affected with his lies and ignorance. He didn't make it harder for victims to be believed, the general public did. Johnny counted on the fact that ppl would shame and try to ruin anyone who would doubt him. Once again the public protected an abuser and made it easy for him to harass the real victim.
I think no matter if Johnny told the truth or lied, (in which this case he lied) the amount of shame, blame, and bashing that victims get would stay the same. A lot of people never take victims seriously to begin with. A few Colleen stans, who are probably very young or just immature, would probably take this Johnny situation and make it seem like Colleen was innocent all along and that him lying means that other victims were lying. But victims aren’t taken seriously no matter how veryyyy few people end up lying.
Find comfort that it was so short lived - he’s not a master manipulator because he got so high off attention that he couldn’t keep his lies straight. I actually don’t find him alarming at all because it was only a matter of time. He didn’t fool everyone- what happened was the situation happened so fast that it allowed him to get away with it for a time. But he really would have been his own downfall soon enough. People were already sus about him before swoops video and it was bound to happen that it would be clear he was not right

I was blown away. I literally sat through a *FOUR HOUR VIDEO* TWICE now, because it’s so well done. i’m just floored by her. I had weird vibes re: johnny, but couldn’t pinpoint why, and wanted to be careful publicly expressing doubt about his stories on the chance he was actually a victim. everything makes so much more sense now.

Sad that i fully believed johnny when he came out about colleen and the situation. Ever since i watched swoop's video yesterday i finally see the truth about him. I hope you can find peace after all of this as this is a HUGE situation. Like literally, traditional media does it too. Have y'all watched tv news? Mothertruckers got ads everywhere. They'd be talking about the most sensitive topic while running a McDonald's ad at the bottom of the screen. I'd rather give my money to people like Swoop who actually work side by side with victims. At least I know it's going towards their research. People still stigmatized youtubers who cover news just because they're in youtube when people like Swoop put in just as much effort, if not more, when researching about these topics. And they're pretty sensitive when covering stories like these too. They actually respect the victims. They don't just treat them like a good story like some journalists. They actually treat them like people. They put so much work into this. They don't just google topics and copypaste the first article they find. They have to do research, talk to victims and the accused. They have a crew working behind the scenes, writing the script and making sure their equipments are working while filming. So much money gets put into this. They aren't millionaires who are just doing this for fun. IT'S 👏🏼 THEIR 👏🏼 JOB 👏🏼

I got a weird vibe from Johnny from the get go. I got the impression he was embellishing a lot of stuff; the stuff with Josh seemed more like he was chasing him for attention and then got offended when it wasn't reciprocated. He definitely talked over everyone else on the H3 podcast
I didn’t watch the h3 interview but I think alot of us felt that first interview with swoop was off for some reason. Like what he was saying didn’t hit. Maybe because the truth sounds different from lies. I totally agree with you here.

I don’t see how Johnny thinks it’s “defamation of character” when Swoop took the evidence along with his words and told the truth about what happened. If anything, she’s more honest about who he is than Johnny is.

I believed Johnny, but I had no idea his story had grown and expanded so much. I think people were probably shitty to him, but I was shook to see him adding Colleen using the word queef to his story about the phone number on the paper crown. Like, that was so obviously pulled from Adam. It's undeniable. And the thing is, his original story was enough. He didn't have to embellish it. Smh. Sad.

The thing about lying that Johnny doesn’t seem to understand, is that we now can’t trust him at his word so we don’t know the truth of any of his story. Like I’m sure Kory was mean to him on tour, but what really happened with Kory yelling at him about the hotel room and him loosing his room privileges? Who knows now! No one involved in the situation is a reliable, trustworthy person to listen to. It’s like any instance where he may have been wronged by Colleen or Josh or Kory is actually almost impossible to know now, because of how he muddied his own waters. And for what? Josh is not even a fish worth trying to fry; Colleen has always been the person with something to loose and a reason to lie and hide and scheme. Colleen is the common factor in all these hurts people have, including Josh himself.

I had a creepy friend that turned stalker, but listening to Johnny's interviews and Swoops videos- does anyone else get a Creepshowart vibes from him? Because I can understand if he was hurt, but there's a certain point where it feels like Johnny is OBSESSED and almost Stalkerish towards Josh
