The worst part of Julia's attempt to hire a hitman to kill her husband (because ya know, divorce is too cruel) was that her husband asked the judge to show her mercy and called her a "godly woman." *I JUST CAN'T*

Dalia Dippolito cracks me up - she legit called her victim from jail to bail her out, denied everything even after seeing the recorded evidence. I mean, she really takes the cake.

As for the female police officer who wanted her husband and his 13 year old daughter killed, I hope that they put her in general population and let her fellow inmates give her what she truly deserves, especially after they tell her fellow inmates that she hired a hitman to murder a 13 year old child! What kind of a piece of crap wants to hire a hitman to kill anyone, let alone a child?!?

I love how Dalia Dipshitolitto just jumped into crying. Cuz reality was that instant for her? Where most people need that reality to sink in first before their brain catches up and breaks down into crying. When I found out a close loved one was dying, I go into shock and it has to register. Granted we're not all the same but that instant bawling had to be instant sign number one

I'll give Dahlia points for being committed to the lie. Even when the officer told her "We have everything recorded, we know you tried to solicit murder." she stayed committed.

The most insane of these are when the victims - the ones intended to be murdered - not only forgive but actively support the person who wanted them dead! That's abuse at its worst.

I love how the officer handled the little acting princess 😂 And the way she looks at the camera in the courtroom tells me everything I need to know. Guilty AF 😂

People that are convicted for such cases should definitely get the same sentence as they would have got if the murder was successful because the only reason it didn't pass through is because someone intervened. Mike should do these more, loved this episode alot

It’s astounding to me that people would hire someone to kill their spouse but what’s even more astonishing is the spouses who stick by their side after! That’s nuts.

I love when they let the the people that hired the hitman play out the charade and cry and carry on....some OG trolling there.

I also love the story of Susan Kuhnhausen who fought off, beat up & won against the hitman her husband hired to kill her. Although it’s also sad as she has had ptsd from taking that man’s life & living with the guilt of it too. It must be mentally & emotionally heavy to carry that with you for the rest of your life.

Mike I have my favorite cases but this is by far my favorite episode. It’s just so satisfying. Plus life insurance disco never gets old.

I went through a nasty divorce and once divorced she wanted to keep the life insurance going on me, I made sure that policy was canceled, and I'm still alive to this day 11 years later

Mohamed (the guy that told on Dalia) was found dead in October. Likely a drug overdose as that was his history. He was also in trouble for stalking a woman and on probation.

I will never understand how attempted murder gets a lesser sentence than murder. The intent was there, why are they being let off light for being bad at it?

My Uncle’s ex wife tried to hire someone to kill him and she was caught, but during her trial the prosecutor misfiled a document and she got off on a technicality. She did zero prison time and my Uncle has to still see her weekly because they have kids together. Its insane

I’m glad you covered this topic. My dad has been in prison since I was a baby for being behind 2 murders despite not being the triggerman. He was sentenced to 2 life sentences + 40 years with no chance of parole. He was a cop & an elected public official when he was arrested so it made headlines. It shattered my family, not to mention the families of the lives he took. I cannot comprehend how someone could want to end another life. 😕

Might have heard this on JCS’s video about it, I’m not the one who originally made the observation anyway… but it really strikes me how quickly Dalia goes back and forth from being inconsolable to calmly telling the details of her story. My husband came up to me after I have been watching Mike for a week, looked at and “are we ok?”😂 he probably thought I am looking for tips 😂

Refreshing to see the evil in the human heart exposed without any actual killing or maiming.

On 3/17 I learned my husband was planning on a new life with a coworker once I died (I have health issues but am nowhere near death) and had been planning it for a year. She said she wouldn't be with a "man that was married" so I honestly wonder if she's the type to get men to kill their wives. Anyhow, he got in deep shit at work (works for the DHS) and after several months, was finally allowed to go back to work (after the work investigation on his behavior at work was concluded) 9 days ago. I was sitting in the tub, going over everything he and I had talked about and all I had learned, and it dawned on me how insane he is. I knew he was dangerous but figured (because of his background) that he was only dangerous to bad guys. When I came to the realization he's legit insane, I started thinking, if he is that nuts and I left, would he go after my kid? As bizarre as it is, even when he was planning on a life with another woman, he refused to even consider divorcing me. Claiming he "made a promise before God." Give me a break. I then made a very hard decision and I went into his room and told him about it. Needless to say, he backed off and finally agreed to a divorce, after telling me for years, he would not divorce me and rather see me dead. So, we will be selling the house and going our separate ways:) And the woman at work? She now wants nothing to do with him. Anyhow, only a few weeks ago I was wondering if I'd end up being one of your stories, but mine looks like it has a happy ending. Thank God.
