I’ve lived the life right on a Rasta beach . We had our own farm above the beach with fresh pineapples and coconut jellies. It all seems like paradise as long as u have steady income. Give thanks.

I'm a beginner vegan, I started month and half ago and I love it, so I enjoy anything that has to do with just eating fruit and veggies video's.

I can't get enough of watching his videos. He is so calm spoken and humble and makes me hungry for that feast every time! Great inspiration to make me want to treat my body right with such Earthly foods.

This is like living food paradise version of "Mister Roger's Neighborhood", with this amazing table "market", ( ;-)) where he fills his basket, and ends with, got to have some plums for the neighbour kids he passes on the way home..LOVE it. . This is really amazing did anybody catch that he said he was in college in the 70s looking at this man you would never think he was this old unless he was like 2 years old in college.. I'm 50 and he looks much younger than me... Nobody can deny that this is the way to go raw vegan..

I can relate with you sir. I am from the Philippines, live not far away from the beach and spend time in countryside. Specifically, I live in southern part of the country, an island, where the soil is so black and fertile, far away from Manila. Fruits are everywhere, from the beach side to the high mountains. Love coconuts, mango, atis, caimito, jackfruits, lansones, talisay seeds, and of course hanging out with friends. Great show. Thanks

OMG! What a delight to my eyes and all my other senses! If ONLY i could have tasted everyting!! Noooo, that's NOT a misspelling, LOL!! For whatever reason, about 4 minutes near the end I lost the audio and didn't hear anything from Aris cutting the nori treats. LOVED LOVED the presentation and the awesome lessons about the food.

This is the best raw food video I have seen so far. Every other video so far has been so depressing seeming unpalatable. I am forced to give up my regular diet that I have been on all my life for a raw food diet since I have been diagnosed with the big C . But thanks to this ur video I am now gladly looking forward to my new diet change. Is there a cook book that I can purchase of these recipes. The next trick will be finding the fruits and veges .
