Also , practicing selective treatment. I don't mingle with every man around me. I only mingle with men I consider worthy. That signals reciprocation, openness and attraction. The crazy part is…I do all of this so naturally & so well but now I’m getting called “intimidating”. When I was a nice girl people walked all over me now I get WAY more respect & love but I find that the average guy wants to be chased. Its weird.

I was all this when I was with my parents. When I got married I got into the supportive good girl role and he took me for granted every single day. Till date he doesn’t know what expenses a man has to bear for his wife. I buy expensive clothes and trips on my own and got properties of my own. I didn’t get rewarded for any of this. Rather he shifted focus on his selfish mother and sister. Lesson learnt, no more trying to be supportive at the cost of your respect. I have no idea either. But I'm assuming it could be that you can be your sunshine self and be vibrant and playful, but when it comes to more serious issues, say what you mean and mean what you say. Also, just be assertive, even if it's in a lighter way, and don't over explain yourself. And definitely, have time for yourself, where you nurture your likes, hobbies and stuff, without your partner. That way, you can show your partner that you love them and you're their sunshine, but you also show them that You're doing great by yourself, and that you are capable of being your own person.

I interpreted this as: being excessively entrenched in your light feminine energy might equate to dwelling in your wounded feminine because it could signify an overemphasis on people-pleasing, a tendency towards being overly accommodating or self-sacrificing to the extent that your authenticity and sense of self are compromised. While it's totally possible to embody genuine strength in a gentle manner, a requisite assertiveness primarily associated with the dark feminine is essential! Whereas if you’re in your wounded masculine, if you’re a woman, there could be an overlap with being *too* much in your dark feminine to the point that you’re very domineering, aggressive, or controlling. Hence, the need to balance the two! I know you didn’t ask me personally, but I’m passionately learning about this to help me on my own journey, so wanted to share- hope it helped and is actually what she meant haha

Don’t get rid of it, just alchemize it. How can it become fertilizer to grow what you need? Your human emotions are there for a reason and they communicate important lessons to us. Focus on your behavior and how you manage your anger rather than getting rid of it. But I’m sure Vickita will have some great insights too

Anger is a secondary Emotion that is covering a different Emotion, for example feeling hurt. Anger is supposed to signal a boundary of yours that is being crossed. Look inward and figure out what is happening beyond Anger. It is not necessarily a bad emotion

Anger is a good emotions, all emotions are important and valuable , u shouldn’t avoid it.All emotions is energy.It signals u about things going wrong or that your boundaries were crossed. It shows u the direction . It’s only maybe how to use this emotion so it works for u , not against you . I am a dancer , so if I’m feeling angry I am thinking about the situation or this feeling and I use this anger in dancing , than it becomes really powerful and concentrated .With this I also release this energy.If it is something in relationships, address this to another person , let them know ure hurt and angry. It shows ure mature , u know your boundaries, u know your emotions.It makes the relationships stronger as ure being transparent with another person. Trust me, if the person truly values u, and treats u with respect , he/ she will be thankful ure sharing these things and how u are feeling so he can also open up maybe and u together can work on your relationship . It also helps to get to know another person better ❤️❤️❤️hope that helps

I think in established relationships the "distancing" is meant as "not always saying yes to your partner, when you rather feel like saying no" and not always pleasing them but pleasing yourself first before pleasing them most of the time. Edit to add: it's not a manipulation per se, but it's rather something that might feel counterintuitive at first, because society has wired us to please others first before we think of ourselves. I think that's what the advice of "not chasing, but being chased instead" boils down too. Don't do all of the relationship work by yourself, let your partner do his share, too.

Wat else can you do besides getting upset? You are powerful and creative, you can find other ways to look at things or find a way to channel your feelings towards something that will benefit you. You could share exactly how you feel to your mother in a calm voice. Only share what you are going through, don’t accuse her of anything. Ask her to listen because you have something important to share. And however she responds….Tell her thats just how you feel, and don’t argue. Walk away if she gets defensive and let her go away to think about what you shared with her. She may realise something when shes alone. When we share true feelings, its very powerful. As humans we all share the same emotions, we just express the feelings in different ways. Something else that will throw your mum off is if you thank her for her love and care, it’ll make her rethink how she treats you, it may wake her up to how shes been treating you and treat you better. Thanking ppl who aren’t nice to us confuses them. 😂 Try it as an experiment.

I know acting according to the context is important. However, it feels hypocritic to me. I think I know why is that the case. I always have been a class clown. Then you're focusing on the wrong people. If you get a no, consider it a sign from the universe that there is something better around the corner. It's easy to get stuck on a specific person as the ideal, but it's actually a disadvantage to the relationship. If they aren't more fond of you than you are of them, you will have a hard time receiving the treatment you deserve.

When you think about something that dismays you, let that thought pass, but don't give it attention and focus. Focus on you. Spoil yourself. Put thought and energy toward things you want in life.
