If you don’t already own a Odin 2 or RP4P could be an interesting choice . The price a tad to high though the entry model should’ve been closer to 300.
Pocket S design doesn't have an audio jack. I own IEMs and I won't be able to use them on this thing. Because of that, I'd rather pick an Anbernic SP over it anytime
I haven't watched the whole thing yet but really i think the Odin 2 is the obvious. In my opinion, you get better ergonomics, drivers for several emulators, better battery, better pricing...
Interested in upgrading to play Switch (mostly lighter to run 2D indie stuff), 3DS, PS2 and maybe some Saturn and android stuff (besides all the other older stuff ofcourse). BOTH currently for sale on a local site but the Odin 2 much cheaper. Would it be fine for my wants? Edit: Xbox 360 has a very nice shmup library but I take it that's a bit too much for a handheld (other than Steam Deck perhaps) rn?
Agreed, the Pocket S seems like a bit of overkill to me. Would rather get an Odin 2. The evo looks really nice but im sure you will have to sell a kidney or something to be able to afford it aswell.
