Took my family there last year. The Ark Encounter, and the Creation Museum were fantastic. We had a fantastic time.

My husband works there! So glad you got to visit! We go all the time!

Props to Ken Ham to do a personal tour for the Babylon Bee knowing what they are.

Ken has a solid sense of humor. I love how savage he became towards the end of the tour.

I'm more of a believer in the idea that 7 days to God is billions of years to us. I also believe that evolution is a part of God's creation that allows the living organisms of this earth to change and adapt with the world around them.

As a wee college student in the early 2000s, I sent a couple donations for the museum. Ken Ham's books helped shape my Christian and conservative worldview. Just visited the Creation Museum a couple months ago. I love the changes since it first opened. Before the Ark, that exhibit was mind blowing. ... I might've built my own scale model in high school.

Thanks for acknowledging a new life begins on conception. A new person is immediately made and that person is different from the mother. Abortion is murder just as a miscarriage is a death.

We saw Ken in April 2012 at the museum giving someone a tour. Can’t believe that was a decade ago! I went from 12 to 22 a little faster than I expected!

An important thing to remember is if Eve did not partake of the earth, we would not have been born. It was necessary for the fruit to be eaten so that we could come onto this earth, having two contradictory commandments was to make sure every person who lived would be a sinner (except for Jesus Christ)

I'm in my 70s and more than 60 years ago, my father took us to the Paluxey River. He knew the man that owned the surrounding land (we were farmers) and he let us cross his land to see the dinosaur footprints. It wasn't much of a river, low water we could wade in but the most exciting was the Dinosaur and Man footprints! Wow! What a great experience, how many kids get to "chase" the dinosaurs like they did back then? My sister said it looked like someone chasing Godzila. This was long before it was a state park, there wasn't any road, we had to walk aways to get there. Whatever people believe, I KNOW what we saw. I think it's terrible that they cut out a lof of the bedrock or whatever the footprints were in. Later on, I was reading an article that said the dinosaur was accompaning by an "unknown bipedal creature!" HA!!

It's so cool that I went to both places last year and remember it pretty freshly and here they are right where I was walking. A very cool way to spend your money for sure!

I worked at the Creation Museum for a while and loved it. Everyone was awesome. Wish I would have been there when The Bee visited!

I had always known the ark was big, but when I finally got to go it absolutely blew my mind

Ask him a hard question and see how he reacts. I saw him speak to a group of youth when I was about 12-14ish (about 15 years ago). During his talk he suggested that dinosaur eggs were taken on the ark to save space. A little girl (about 8-10) asked him during Q&A how Noah et al could have known whether the eggs would hatch male or female, or if they could somehow control for this. He was clearly caught off guard by the question and responded by getting upset and lecturing her, aggressively, about not having faith. I thought she was going to cry. Regardless of your beliefs regarding Creation, be very careful of Ken Ham and AIG. Biblical truth and what Ken Ham claims is Biblical truth are not necessarily the same thing. Edit: he later incorporated information on how regulating a reptile egg's temperature can affect sex of hatchling. I don't know if it's true or not, but I assume he did this in response to being made to look foolish by a child.

I didn't believe in creationism before but after seeing this I really don't believe in creationism.

I was an atheist for most of my adult life and I used to think Ken Ham was a loon. I was wrong.

We went to the Ark and Creation museum about a week and a half ago, it was great!

You don't have to adhere to everything Ken says to know he is a tremendous blessing to the body of Christ. Thanks for the amazing tour, I will visit soon!

I’ve been a Christian for only 3 months and I’ve been studying the Bible nonstop. This is one issue that I just have so much trouble believing that the world is only 6,000 years old. Go to the Grand Canyon and then tell me that the world is only 6,000 years old. The Bible is the truth but you got to think about what is figurative and what is literal. It makes no difference to me because whether some stories are fictional, the message of the stories are what is TRUE.

Can’t say for sure but I might be one of only a few old earth creation calvinists. Much love to my young earth brothers and sisters though!!

His plaque on the Biblical canon seems deceptive on the Catholicism part, and impious considering that the Catholic Church hand preserved scripture for over 1,000 years. It (the plaque) says that the Catholic Church canonized the Apocrypha in the 16th century. What they don’t say is that the Church considered it scripture since the 4th century when it canonized the Bible in the councils of Hippo and Carthage, and that those books that Protestant heretics took out were in the Bible for over 1,000 years. God did not mess up for 1,000 years, Protestants can show how they’re really out of their minds sometimes.

Tower of Babble. "Not as tall as...." Of course not. It was a faux temple. They were performing temple ceremonies and ordinances to "reach the Heavens". Much bigger problem than reaching low Earth orbit. And confounding the language is a very practical way to stop such heresy.
