The implication around 51:00 suggesting senority means they deserve security is INCREDIBLY dangerous. Sneako should've been wiped, as you said, way earlier.
There’s a difference between dark/edgy humor, and spreading misogyny, disgust, and hatred. Tate and Sneako spread that, they weren’t trying to be funny. They thought they were smart. They faced the consequences for being ego filled jerks, and real social commentary is nothing like what they did.

The issue is that when we ban these people, they don’t just disappear. They go somewhere else like 4chan. They all end up in this same place together and they create a massive echo chamber with people that just further radicalize eachother without anyone to challenge their ideas. Only to find this video of him depending a completely amoral shithead who literally advocates rape and sexual harassment for kicks as "free speech." Weird hill to die on.
Yeah, the only way to make it rational (and this is quite a stretch) is maybe he meant sneako should be allowed to stay because he humiliates himself being a lolcow and an example of what not to do? idk, even that’s super flimsy. funniest part though is how sneako wanted to fight Tom irl after this, and he accepted, then sneako bailed out last minute and hasn’t talked about Tom ever since
Exactly what I was thinking. He absolutely deserves a ban. How do some people not get that? This isn't about free speech. Tom's videos are alright, but they aren't entirely objective and I wish if he was going to be neutral, he'd at least understand that hate speech and general speech in public forums *are* always going to be subject to potential removal, ban, deletion, blockage, etc. Because *that* is a protected aspect of free speech. Just because someone doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean you can just say whatever you want without consequence then cry, "but mah free speech" when your content is removed. To be fair, he did pretend to SA someone who criticized him on a livestream. It was a warranted ban, as that is straight up s3xual harassment no matter which way you shake that stick. I'm honestly impressed that Chad Chad didn't respond to such an awful clip because you know they saw it. You know his fans blasted Chad Chad with that clip. I do think the platform has a sh*t system when it comes to giving out punishments, where it misses the mark 90% of the time, but this was definitely that 10% where it didn't miss the mark. You don't pretend to SA someone just because they criticized you and that hurt your feelings, especially on a livestream surrounded by people you know cling on to your every word. He had a responsibility and a chance to show people how to appropriately respond to criticism and he honestly could not have responded in a worse way. Now, being unprofessional itself should not be a bannable offense, but pretending to SA someone on a livestream? Oh yeah, totally. Honestly this! I'm getting sick of both side aguing and arguing and arguing abt this that and blah blah blah But yeah honestly threatening SA in ANY way should be a ban. Like u said outside of that yeah other reasons can be messy alot of the time but I think we need to be careful with censorship AND letting ppl say what they want. Either one gone too far can end disastrously. And that's coming from someone who really values the "say what you want to say" mentality, doesn't mean consequences don't exist, but there's nuances to that like everything.
the rise of sneako and tate-like people is a direct consequence of the demonising of traditional masculinity. the people that hate tate the most are the people responsible for his rise and influence when you erase normal masculinity, it leaves only the more extreme, warped, and inflated parody of it that tate pedals. tate became famous because he's the only mainstream source of masculinity of any kind left. these people have nobody to blame but themselves for tate and his clones rising, and I'm only surprised it took as long as it did
The audacity to say that the ban isn’t justified is crazy to me, making literal rape threats and CLEARLY breaking TOS doesn’t get a “well it’s free speech imo” like come on. There is a video of Sneako with his girlfriend at dinner with Destiny and his girlfriend and Sneako acts in the most respectful, beta way imaginable (not that there is anything wrong with that). What would your solution be? Obviously age-gating would be sensible but doesn't work with other content. What would be the criteria to ban red-pillers?
@@michaelh878 Honestly I'm not sure what I would do to stop this. I guess it's somewhat inevitable that these creators will exist but for some reason, they've recently been gaining a larger platform of impressionable young men. The thing that draws them in is usually the fact that these people are everything they arent; rich, successful, and free to do whatever they want. This makes these boys look up to them. Maybe if more celebrities that they look up to start speaking out against this type of thing, they'd listen. I also think that banning dangerous ideology from easily accessible platforms (like RU-vid, TikTok, and Instagram) and limiting it to specific websites could work. Said websites could include something like an age verification system where you have to show an id or something. Clearly, this is somewhat of an unrealistic solution, but it's a pretty tricky problem to solve.

We walk past calmly, ignoring the rapid creature in the corner that through strained eyes is begging for attention. He’s waiting for the moment somebody reaches a hand, gives him a chance. Let him jubilantly grasp their hand, squeezing the life from it. He knows that he shouldn’t be squeezing, cutting the circulation from their arms. He needs to keep his act together, but he can’t help it. Such aggression just leaks from his temple. He needs something justify his existence. He needs something to break, to prove to himself he is not weak, that he can stand on his own, all he needed was a target to approach him so he can break their legs and stand on top of all their successes, stealing everything they own. What he doesn’t realize is that he’s always needed people to lean on, to prop him up. Without them he has no ideals. What is an actor without his script? Nothing. I mean, there has to be some kind of line drawn, and I think that when their content is directly inciting physical violence, that is probably too far.
it's a consequence of the time. traditional masculinity has been demonised for over a decade now, leaving only the comically inflated parody of it remaining. it's the sole reason andrew tate blew up in the first place. young, insecure men see no other showcase of masculinity than tate, despite it being a facsimile of real masculinity and roles. to pretend otherwise is delusion

I see encouraging open relationships as the dangerous route since you create the illusion that this toxic relationship can work and provide some lasting happiness which it definitely cant. If you tell your boss that he sucks at his job he has every right to fire you, but youre still allowed to say it. Its a very simple concept that people love to get wrong on purpose to suit their needs.
massive respect for being one of the few commentary RU-vidrs that actually respects free speech and thinks deplatforming/bans should only be reserved to absolute extremas
Sneako is a pretty big asshole but not one deserving of a ban. He is a pedo apologist though so I cant say I give a actual fuck about what happens to him
I get the vibe that Andrew Tate’s rhetoric (if that’s the right word) directly took advantage of Sneako’s vulnerabilities. Goes to show how dangerous those mentalities can be.
No, I think you’re trying to make it sound worse than it is. The reason why, is because that “mentality” got Andrew banned before sneako even did, so they got the same punishment, Andrew even worse. And if sneako really was some sort of clone, it just shows the extent that “they” want to shut that stuff down.
@@davebuilds7261 Sneako and Tate offer no secret info. I’ve heard their rhetoric from incels and the redpill community for years. The only difference is that Tate was the first successful person to spew the same rhetoric I’ve heard for years. You can’t act like Tate is like Julian Assange who is the owner of Wikileaks. Tate has managed to make u into a beta by bending over backwards for him
@@alexfp5980 what a backwards way of coping, all I’m saying is that it’s wrong to silence them. You giving the benefit of the doubt to the big guys is soo dull
it's almost surreal to see sneako have his own trilogy before becoming an andrew tate clone, i really did not expect the guy to make videos much earlier before this and let alone have a loyal fanbase
“I lost half my life savings on a GameStop meme, I’m just like you” Like it’s implied he’s like you because he’s “broke” now, as if everyone had a life savings to put into GameStop on a dumb stock meme to begin with. Just like us
I waited 6 months to see the love of my life again after having to move apart. Fuck I'll wait as long as I have to. 3 weeks, those are rookie numbers my boy.
His arc was predictable, but I think I'm less sad for Sneako than I am for anyone who actually took anything he said to heart. Or that took his advice seriously. Or bought his worthless course. Etc.
My brother acts like this. Very ego driven, and takes offense to things that aren't even offensive to cause drama and chaos. It's toxic narcissistic behavior.
I rly don’t get the hate, while he doesn’t specifically add quality advice he actively laughs at status quo. Even if person will not follow him they may take conscious notes of underlying issues (which don’t try to lie to yourself are real) it is tempting to claim moral high ground today but I advise to consider whether you are sure you’d still be right after 100, 1000, 10000 years.
I have so much time on my hands that I watch mini-docs on internet personalities that somehow have less character than I do and I'm not even in the script.
I think it doesn't matter how long the someone has been on the platform. If you essentially make threats like he did and hate speech then you deserve it. Guy totally did it to himself and I am very glad that "seniority" didn't save him. The rest of the video was very good but in my opinion that was just a bad take.
@@The_Funniest_Cut Disagree. Hate speech can tip so easily into extreme territory and he was feeding that speech to millions of impressionable people (idk why people were hanging off of his every word). Multiple people told him to chill out or else consequences would come fast and he said, "Let me speed run my downfall."
@@thxwanderer Well that’s his own fault. Hate speech is a good thing specifically because it shows everybody else how dumb these ideologies and concepts are, let them make fools of themselves so they lose support and influence. But, you make a fair point. I take back what I said to some extent, it definitely can be a bad thing, yes.
Bro, I didn't even know that he went after ChadChad. Her videos are so well done and hilarious, and she is someone who blew up so fast because she knows how to make stuff funny and relatable. That was just an uncalled for attack :(
@@darlenetroise7079 "Gas chamber for these fucks" 💀 I agree those are sick fucks but at the very least it shows he still an edgy teen who'd soon grow out of his Sneako phase
Wow, his attack on Chad Chad made me feel physically nauseous. Thanks for your coverage, it’s always great to watch your content and get the facts on everything.
@@purpleseer5323 dude its hilarious, yes its a threat but Sneako is so Vain glorious and insecure it just makes him look stupid same with Tate they are both stupid grifters.
@chillaxer8273 if that's your idea of comedy and funny jokes then your standards are in the fucking dirt. Might wanna go dig those back out, you need them
