These two look so alike, they could swap places - Darryl could cut Nicky Clarke's hair and no one would notice! Don't think Darryl's solo career set the world alight - Hall and Oates is his legacy. But I so admire what he's doing now with Live from Daryl's House, fantastic innovative show. He just gets better with age!

Hi i just discovered your page today.This is absolutly wonderful.I have been à Daryl fan for more than 35 years and I truly think he is the ultimate Soul singer. Thanks so much also for the Flashbacks E P posts Originaly written for Can't stop Dreming and it is the very FIRST time I hear those songs. If the CD does exist I will try my best to get it. The only thing that matters is to know that Daryl is happy and the MUSIC OF COURSE.Take care

I Love you xoxoxo Daryl Hall! You are my favorite singer songwriter of all time...your just a gorgeous man inside and out! I fell in love with u at ten years old I am now 47 if that tells u anything! I watch every interview I can find of you and you and John of course. Hall and Oates forever.

That was a really interesting interview. I don't like the haircut/interview concept in general. Daryl was very open and yes, I realize one comment he made about not having any kids was controversial BUT the fact is he didn't have any kids he was raising or involved with so the comment is authentic and legit in that context. His personal life is NOT our business. Why does the general public demand this personal information of celebrities? I guess once you become a celebrity, people want to understand what makes you tick

Totally agree...everyone has a "dark side", as Daryl said of himself in this interview...if you're not a celebrity it's no one's business as long as you're not doing something felonious...but if you're famous, it somehow is food for the gossip mongers, however sensitive the situation may be. Kudos to Daryl for graciously evading nosey questions about his personal life, which really has nothing to do with his talent.
