He helped many people get out when the entrance was blocked and the building in shambles. He lets go a bit, he sees the difference between a vigilante and a superhero. At the beginning he says he is unsure if he makes a difference, but now that he puts the civilians' and, also to a degree, thugs' and villains' safety first, he might actually have more chance with his crimefighting, properly. The Animated Series Batman also learns that throughout many episodes. Great start for Reeves Batman, he just needs to become the greatest tactician prepared for as much as possible and we have the top podium batman version.
