My man, love the video just just a heads up I did the same thing about a year ago for BFME 1, showing how and where to install and my channel got a strike. It may not happen to you, but just wanted to give you the heads up :)

Thanks, man! Ya, I had the same problem in the past and got a warning. This video is just a talk. I DON'T show in video how to do anything with the game in that way. It's mainly my new playlist I made for gameplay and where you can find my other channel on Rumble. I appreciate the comment. It's a shame youtube does not look what is correct and ok to do. Because it's totally legal to get now since original owners no longer have any rights to it. They dropped the license like 14 years ago, haha. But I still am not going to show anything. Out of respect to RU-vids terms and what they think.

I have tried everything to the point of tears to get this all to work. I own the game and have my own key. When I launch the game it says something about a mordor keep not existing and something about a typo and it closes. Please help me.

Hi mate, I'm having a real issue on the Good Campaign playing on Hard - right after the first mission (Rivendell), it goes to a little cut scene explaining how Glorfindel and Gloin have to team up, after that I get the usual BFME cursor but the rest of the screen is completely blank and nothing else will load. Do you have any suggestions? So frustrating!

Thank you for this! I own the BFME original disc and wished to make an ISO copy (just in case as I've had for way too many years already), but don't seem to be quite able to circumvent the DRM. Would anyone, by chance, know of a way how to do so in Linux? Or is it possible to do with the full version of some sold software (I've heard of CloneCD but as that is currently officially unavailable, as seems, there is a recommended alternative - DVDFab)? I don't mind paying for the software, but I'd prefer not to get any virus and/or scammed. One of the reasons I do prefer not to go the pirate way, personally.

Humm, 🤔 so there is a file thing you sometimes have to do. They have also updated this method. I'm in the process of making a brand new updated version of the guide for 2024-2025. at the time of this comment. I am not sure if it would work on Mac... I have not tested the files and there file paths are different. Sorry 😔😐. Since we're working with files I'm not sure of an emulator would work for it on PC or not.

I am not 100%. I have not tested it on Mac. Maybe ask the developers of the mod on there page I linked. I think no matter what you could try it. But I am not sure The virtual mounting discs will work.

Very goos question... I have not tried it. But if you releasing how pc and mac are so similar now... As long as you know , the right pathways from mac versus PC it might? I am not 100% I am sorry. I don't own a mac.
