imagine finally getting an elite, you’re going through a trench then the last thing you hear is “HNGGHHH…NGHHHHH….YAAAAAAAAAAGHHHHH!” Edit: got a sentry for the first time today, died to a dude with a yatacan sword (I think that’s the name)
Logistics is a better reason. From the dawn of the longbow and pikeman standardized equipment only ever became more relevant. Specialized equipment is still very much a thing. Light machine guns, breaching tools, infantry mortars, ect. They’ve just been made part of doctrine instead of an oddity in a handful of battles.
@@simonnachreiner8380 That's another valid reason. It's easy and effective to issue equipment and develop a doctrine to use it effectively, but it becomes a whole other issue when you dedicate an entire soldier or even a unit to specialize in a single role. I do dream of days of power armor though, a boy can dream.
One time I saw a guy running for the flame trooper loadout and instantly melee killed him the second he managed to put it on. I can only imagine how pissed he was afterwards
@@starset4life175 One time I charge with bayonet to be first who grab flamethrower but some guy grab it before me and I instantly kill him with bayonet. Man was sooo pissed
The Pyro section does not accurately depict you getting focused down by everyone on the enemy team the second you start werfing flammen. Nvm I hadn't finished the video.
It's a mindset that once you're aware of you can't ignore; ALWAYS be ready to do a petty bayonet charge at all times if the weapon isn't holstered LMAO. Your chances of winning CQC engagements goes up by at least 25% if your reflexes are prepared to ruin the person who picked up an elite kits day
Any Medic Sniper variant, rifle grenades, gas grenade. Harass them from a distance, move up, limit accuracy with gas grenade (Damage and Gas Mask.), lob some frags into the building, watch the fireworks. Probably as evil as you can get with the Medic. And our (My.) selling point: Yes! It even works on Sentries!
I finally had a decent time as a flametrooper on verdun heights. Got it on the last sector, went into the bunker on the left hand side. And i held that door way for dear life. So many dudes were running in and i kept getting kills. Funny enough they were trying to kill me with incendiary and gas grenades, bf1 players arent know for their intelligence. I think i got like 30 like doing that, and of course because its verdun we didn't take the sector
Tank Hunter was my favorite. Between the weapons and the character design, I felt like I was a Fallout character. And of course, give tanks the middle finger.
Wow these bring back memories, I remember I had the flame trooper on fort Verdun, had a 2 team that only job was to revive and throw med back at me, it was great. I can’t the exact kill count I got but it was over a 150 plus. In that map, it’s so close to can’t move an inch without being shot at. Haha tell that flamethrower
The best I ever did in a game was when they shall not pass just came out. I got the trench raider and went on a 47 kill streak before the game ended. So I will always have trench raider elite as my favorite
i remember a time i was playing the flamer, and it was somewhat shortlived but fun and odd, i almost died to a bayonet charge, but ig the fire killed the enemy before he could finish me, granted i did die shortly after surviving a bayonet charge
Got Trench raider, did not switch to pistol for faster melee speed, did not use smoke, did not jump to avoid enemy melee attack, gets bayoneted. Yeah it checks out.
Major misconception by new players. Elite Classes do *NOT* elevate you to being an action hero. You still are vulnerable to sustained damage from infantry even while being a Sentry or Flame Trooper. You need squad support. Having a squad Medic dedicated to healing you will significantly increase your life-span and with reserved positioning; an Elite Class CAN be a massive tactical challenge for the enemy team. Without support and alone, any Elite gets overwhelmed. If you see a squadmate take an Elite Class, PLEASE GIVE HIM SUPPORT. Go Medic and give him dedicated healing or go Support to keep him supplied. Your team will go a lot further that way rather than you going solo as an Assault.
Trench Raider , Infiltrator and Tank Hunter are best . 1- Healing himself , Mace to BONK and Big Iron 2- Grenade Launcher , Boomstick and Artillery Strike 3- Big Gun that punched through tanks and turns Men into a Red Mist plus Boomstick
In short: flame troopers burn you but is bayonet charge magnet sentry is the heavy, infiltrators just better demon, tank hunter can be slight annoyance or the deadliest class ever, and trench raider is the average brit’ish person but it’s nowhere near London
Ok the trench raider is a revolver shootin, grenade spammin, skull crackin elite class. Melee should only be used when they’re close enough. You have grenades and your revolver to deal with ranged threats.
Haha do the "You're an xbox user relegated to offline only bc an EA account is required and yours is inactive, even though you never remembered making one in the first place, but aren't allowed to make a new one bc you somehow glitched the method for doing so by trying to create a new email and link it to the gamertag, but the old email is associated with 'inactive EA sub' so you get unrelatable videos in your recommended" edition. F this company. Im not ever the anger-baited "all AAA games bad" kinda guy, but F EA. Seriously, who TF requires an account for online play while simultaneously making the ability to retain said account unnecessarily limited. Like, why all the security measures. I guess humanity would cease to exist if an xbox player had more than one email assigned to their Microsoft account.
bro learn to use medkits. You're pushing enemies when you have barely any health. The secret to any elite kit is to play like you're dependent on your teams medics. Funny video still!
